This is my first time and last time here!

I went through the drive through tonight and got rushed to order while I was ordering. Meanwhile getting rushed he kept getting my order wrong. I get to the window say it again and he still gets it wrong. The guy gave me the wrong drink and to make up for it he gave me the right drink! WRONG! After I drove off it was the same drink i should have tried it while i was waiting for my food! How do you mistaken Root Beer for diet Dr Pepper and get it wrong again the second time. NOW I should have checked my bag because 90 percent of the order was wrong after repeating it again at the window. Now that's not even the kicker ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD AND HARD like it's been sitting under a heat lamp all day. NOTHING WAS EVEN REMOTELY WARM..... Im so frustrated with this situation I'm not even gonna call back up there....this is just money thrown out the window...Whoever yall had working the window today SUCKED and WHOEVER bagged this food freaking sucks! This happened 3/5/25 around 9pm.... UGHHH

If I couldn't give stars I would give a terrible place in the store they don't serve them they have you standing there waiting and in the drive they don't even mention they give you incomplete things I asked for large potatoes they give me girls this place is worthless don't go there they serve poorly the net

Very rude customer service. I said "thankyou" 3 times to the cashier for handing me my drink and food and he didn't even say "your welcome" or "have a nice day". Didn't even say a word to me just stared at me for some reason. I understand if you dont like your job but at least be nice to customers, should be the bare minimum.

Fix your drive thru! Why do places do this other than to trap/sabatoge people coming to pick up. Why would you want to risk your vehicle with this tiny curbed drive thru. How if there was an emergency and you were stuck in the line trying to leave? Businesses need to stop doing this.

1. I recently got the taco bell app to use. When I got to the window and placed my order I asked the person who took my order if they needed the code and he said no. I didn't get a receipt either so I wasn't able to get credit on the app for the purchase. 2. I ordered a side of potatoes for my bf and when I got home and he went to eat them he couldn't eat half of them bc they were hard, crunchy, tasted overcooked and cold. And we live 5 minutes away so it wasn't a long drive. 3. I asked for the "hot" sauce and I got 11 "Diablo sauces ( I only had one taco, ya'll could have kept like 8 of those lol) I've been to this taco bell before and the service and food have been okay and I've also been before and the service was not good.

The "little" girl in the drive thru today apparently needs to learn customer service skills... No greeting, no please, no thank you, no manners. Total was $10.27, gave her a $20 and $1.. looks at me dumbfounded, had to tell her how to enter it... SMH... My daughter called her out for poor behavior and she became very defensive... We finally spoke to a MOD but the girl was smirking the entire time... Some manners and respect would be greatly helpful in her future... If she doesn't want to work there then maybe other employment would be beneficial to her... Our 4 year old great grand has better manners than this.... Hopefully this young lady will learn from today's experience. Btw, my husband had gone through earlier mentioning that he experienced the same behavior and lack of manners
