The person took my order on the thru scammed me, he gave my order correctly but charged me $10more when I asked for receipt, he said machine is broke and when I asked about the price he was rude and said “THANK YOU”. Beware at this location and check your bills thoroughly.

showed up at 2:15 for them to say “we’re closed” but they don’t close on google until 3 am and the sign on their window says open until 3 am and we pointed it out and they said “nah we’re closed.” ??????????????????????????????????

Ordered online for pickup in drive thru. Drive-thru super slow. They didn't give us our complete order, went back and they didn't even apologize. Ice machine not working, and the food was as if they were running out of ingredients. NOT even a tablespoon of meat in our soft tacos. Crunch wrap supreme had hardly anything in them, 1/4" thick.

Drive thru guy added a “round up” donation to my order without asking. Refused to give me a receipt, acted like it was confusing, and said it would be “impossible” to reprint.I wonder how often he does this and how many customers he has stolen from this way.

Dine in experience was mediocre compared to other times I've been at this location. Instead of informing us that they were out of one of the freeze flavors they choose to not give us any drinks until we asked and substituted them out with another flavor. It wasn't busy so it's not like they just "forgot" they just choose to do it. Shouldn't have to flag someone down to get ALL my order.
Very bad customer service after i placed the order before they received in system I told them i want burrito grilled he say you place they order as you get them i told him i just place the order so make it the he say ok still didn’t do it but then i talk to other person he do it first person was very rude that not the answer to give customer. Then we are walking slow because we was in accident my wife was going restroom casher she saw she is going to restroom she run in and lock the door for 10 minutes. That how this place treats.
