The employees at this location have been some of the nicest people I’ve ever met ever and I’m not kidding. Everyone is so kind and genuinely makes every visit enjoyable. Taco Bell on Coit I love you so much thank you for lining up my sauces with such care

Had 3 visits here, over 3 weeks. Connected the dots and I have had food poisoning 3 times. It’s painful. Today was the worst. All 3 orders were the same. 2 Crunch wraps (mild sauce) and a large soda, no ice. Taste is so-so but within less than within approx. 30 minutes later, I’m running to the bathroom, with stomach cramps. Multiple trips later clearing what I ate, has ruined my day and I am so drained I can’t do anything. I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s and have not had this reaction. There is no mistake that this is food poisoning.

I came on Sunday March 30 around 10pm. The black lady was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to order food and she was very impatient, and judged my order. This is not the first incident, this happens very often, and it is always the same lady. There is a hispanic dude who works here aswell and is very friendly and provides great service. If my review is heard, please train this lady to be much more like him.

ordered two crunch wraps and when we got our order it was wrong and we were genuinely soo nice and said "sorry we actually ordered two crunch wraps!" And she was like no you didn't you ordered chalupas I heard you and we were like um no sorry and she doubled down 3 times sooo rudely and finally after arguing with us she said "you didn't but ok" and then we were scared that they would spit in our food so we wanted to ask for a refund but were scared of her freaking out lol and then when she finally gave us our food she slammed the window evil lady for no reason

This is the only place open in late nights , only drive through but you will get something to eat in the midnight if you are hungry , rice bowl and crispy tacos was good

My experience was okay, nothing too exciting. The staff didn’t even bother to ask you about anything. You had to get their attention. And then they said, you have to place your order on the App!? It was confusing and not a satisfactory experience. Just take the drive-thru next time!?

We dined in and when we ordered our 3 items it took 20 minutes to come out. And we did not go during a lunch rush (came at 3:15 P.M). They prioritize the drive thru lanes and workers are always on their phones and yelling at each other.
