Our drive through interaction was terrible. Whoever was working the drive through around 12:30 PM on 12/18 was rude, short, and sounded annoyed through the intercom. He then got our order wrong and proceeded to sigh and act frustrated when we came inside to ask for them to fix it. That should be the bare minimum!

Came here at 3:30 AM, on the building it states they close at 4 AM. The doors were already locked and it was clear that they weren’t still serving. Sucks that I drove all they way out for nothing, especially when I arrived before closing time

By far the WORST LOCATION EVER. It’s Drive thru from hell. The actual manager got on the speaker and told us it would be 10 minutes to take our order! Several cars in behind me left and one in front of me left without ordering. Absolutely unacceptable if anything NO SERVICE AT ALL.

Best Taco Bell in the Plano area, hands down. Food is hot, accurate, fast, and the best prepared I've ever seen in the brand. The staff are very friendly and accomodating and the premises are well kempt and pleasent to be in. Well Done.

Monday November 3rd 1130 pm. Dude with the beard is rude, doesnt pay attention to what u order, cocky and just looking at the female coworkers but while they work and the other males just talking and joking around. Also the beef in the tacos was cold....

I would give zero stars if possible, the cooks were talking in the kitchen, on their phones, and we had a person behind us get his order much quicker and my husband went up to the desk and it was clear they hadn’t started it and lallygagging in the kitchen. Meanwhile, they were prioritizing drive thru orders which is understandable but when 3-5 cars get their orders before I do when I ordered beforehand then it is an issue. This whole place is an issue,
