I went in and everybody seemed too busy to ask if I wanted to order anything. I don't know who all they were cooking for, it was empty in there. I ended up going somewhere else after standing in front of the register for like 5 minutes. It's not the first time this has happened. Evening service has always been pretty bad here. They seem to care more about online orders now I guess..

Every time I order from here something is forgotten. My sopapillas will never have the honey or dulce de Leche. The nacho cheese is burnt or old. Just disappointed overall. Only thing saving this location is the tortillas.

Came here a month ago, service at window was bad, just seems like they hate their job, decided to give it another try, no improvement, the guy who took my order was surprisingly rude, sane attitude as the prior employee at the window.I just drove off.Customer service needs improvements incident occurred 7:30am 11/29/25.i like coming here cause food tastes good and the portions are also the way they should be.

Don't order from here on doordash. In the morning it's always hit or miss on whether they would be open on time or not. Had multiple orders canceled because they weren't open even though it's within their open hours.

This place has went down hill so bad I think the franchise needs to shut the doors. Absolutely filthy and absolutely the rudest and unprofessional staff ever! Do yourself a favor and save your stomach and peace of mind form this place.
The place was dirty, we were only people in there, tables nasty floor nasty and the 3 people that were there were in the back singing so loud my husband and I could not even hear each other over them singing to music on phone or radio... It was horrible... We use to eat there quite a bit but we'll be eating at another Taco Cabana from now on...
