Taco Cabana…. Taco Banana…. Online app order was right, except I had to ask for my ranch salsa. Food was okay. Glad I had that $5 coupon for using the app.

Employees are ignorant and refuse to acknowledge TABC laws. Refused to serve us alcohol when clearly married with 2 children and one spouse has an ID (mine was expired but I had it on me to show Im of age and waiting on a new ID). Clearly someone needs retraining. They acted as if we were trying to bust them in some scheme. Absurd! Do better.

This place should close or fire all employees and start over with new ones.
There was one family in front of me and we stood there for a good 5 minutes while the drive thru worker and the front in cashier laughed and looked our way.
The cook was standing in the prep area eating.
I walked out and will never go back.

Please don't go to that restaurant, super bad service, and cold food, two nights ago I ordered a steak burrito, the worst thing I've ever eaten.

Attitudes were flaring up at this joint. We waited a while for our food and because 2 of the people working that morning didn't speak English very well, people's orders kept getting mixed up. The manager or lead or whoever she was didn't do anything to solve the problems. The beverage dispenser didn't have ice, so they had to fill our cups from the drive thru.... they got Attitudes about that, too. We were going to dine in, but the atmosphere was so terrible that we just went to our car to eat.

They took nearly 15 minutes to serve the 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. When I got home they had forgotten one of the tacos that was paid for on my receipt. It was however already so late that I did not want to return.

I've lived in the area for 25 years. I've regularly eaten here for 12 when I want a lazy meal, this is the worst it has ever been.

Firstly, Yall need to do something about the beans. I can't even enjoy basic bean and cheese tacos because there are random bits of unmashed, hard as rock beans mixed into the refried beans. I could throw them at the wall and they'd bounce off like stones. It's disgusting. You want to bite into some refried beans and bite down on crunchy bits all mixed into your tacos? I ordered beans, not peanut butter. This has happened any time I order something with beans in it the past few months, as I've tried seeing if it was just a one off situation. I've finally given up on ordering them.

Also someone has been randomly putting loads of black pepper and salt into peoples tacos?? I went last weekend for a dozen tacos; every single one was inedible due to this, and this was never requested to be put on them. By the time we realized. We were back home already, and it wasn't worth driving back.

The service here has gone downhill, they are consistently screwing up orders in the drive thru, the quality of the food is gross. I don't think I can eat here anymore. Quite disappointing. Yall went from a passable 7/10 for those nights where you don't want to cook, to a solid 2 on a good day.

Don't waste your time, until this entire location is redone top to bottom.

Food poisoned by chicken cabana bowl or chicken quesadilla. I emailed corporate with a receipt and my card. The man asked for a 3 digit code on my card. My credit card company suggested not to share....waiting to hear back
