I ordered a torta with no potatoes and no tomatoes. They charged me $19.00 just for a torta.and i was told with or with out potatoes same price.. WHAT!!!. and im allergic to tomatoes got home home it had tomatoes.....never again... my face is blowing up...EL TORITO TACOS MUCH BETTER .. $11.00 TORTA YUM...

Came for Easter Sunday dinner as they were open. The food was made fresh to order. The agua de Jamaica hit the spot. The torta was big but it got messy. My wife and I got invited for dinner here so I can't confirm if it is cash only.

I've been coming to this place for years, and it never disappoints. It may have a hole-in the-wall atmosphere at first. But that adds to the charm! Make sure you go to the ATM first when going here because it's cash only. And not every day you find a taco joint that stays open till midnight. I highly recommend their pastor, barbacoa,and trompo tacos. Especially the Lingua when it's in season. The Verde is absolutely addictive. I go through that one qicker than the Rojo sauce. They do speak English there, but it helps to learn some basic Spanish to order your food. Also, parking can be pretty crammed in because of the layout of the lot being narrow. Overall, 10/10 will always recommend!
