It has a Taiwanese flavor, slightly salty, and the fried pork ribs are in big chunks. Compared with the other kind of fried pork ribs that are not coated in flour, I prefer the uncoated fried pork ribs. Only cash is accepted, and there is a 3.5% handling fee for credit card payments, which is rare.
This is literally some of the best Taiwanese food you can get in DFW! The hours are a bit short, but definitely a testament to how great the food is! Totally recommend the large bao (iykyk). I’ve been coming here since COVID and I’ll go here as long as I can!
Food was top notch and staff were very friendly. Owner is also the Head Chef and is extremely nice. He made sure we were well taken care of and when we ordered something that wasn't to our liking (i am a bozo and misread one of the ingredients of the dish) we were offered a replacement free of charge. Definitely earned himself and his staff a repeat customwr. 10/10 would recommend to everyone even if you are unsure if you will like it. They have dishes for everyone
