I have been a customer of this restaurant for 10 years and until now I have had no complaints but this time I have always ordered quesadillas to take away and the person who answers me on 3 occasions takes my order incorrectly, I order 6 quesadillas and only makes 3 and when they arrive He says that I can't hear well and this last time I ordered 2 quesadillas and they gave me burnt ones. It's a shame that they lose their business with this bad service, so instead of bringing in customers they lose customers. I will never return to this place again.

Apart from the waitresses being rude I asked them for a drink before my food arrived and they gave it to me until their reprimand came. And other dishes arrived late, the birria. I didn't like the net, it seemed like pure Chile with water but I don't even know if it was birria hahahaha

Saw this place with and saw they had decent reviews so decided to give them a chance. Worst choice ever. Ordered a quesabirria bc they had a sign that says $8.99 each one. Was charged $11.99 instead. Also on their sign it said an order of rice AND beans was $3.99. Instead they charged me $3.99 for each thing separately. I also asked for the vegetables on the tacos to be placed separately and they put them on top of the tacos. Customer service also sucked. When I got there, they had no one in front of me, yet took them 25+ min to prepare my food. The food was trash to start off with, no flavor and the quesabirria didn’t even have the meat chopped, it was big chunks of it with a lot of fat still attached. Tacos were dry and flavorless as well. Don’t make the mistake of thinking this place is good, it’s not.

I googled this place and read the reviews before going. still gave it a chance. Food flavorless, took me 30-40 minutes to get my food. AC not working perhaps cause I was sweating, it was hot!! They never checked on me if I needed something. Poor customer service.

The person behind the registered was very rude. Wanted to pay some cash and rest with my card and she said very rude eather cash or card. So first time going there and for sure my last time very poor rude customer service and it is very hot in that restaurant no a/c

Today in the afternoon I went to buy a chicken and I wanted it for the night when I got the chicken to my house and I opened it I realized that the chicken was not complete and only the breast and wings came with pure bones to cover it. What was missing in the chicken they only added potatoes and onion. I go frequently because the truth is the chicken is very delicious but I think it will be the last time I will go because that is not done better if they had told me that they did not have chicken and not give me just leftover chicken and for 30 dollars it's not fair to me
