The bartender took the familiar patrons order while totally ignoring us. We left to celebrate my birthday somewhere else before any additional disrespect

You can never go wrong at either one of the Lombardy’s restaurants and this one is just an excellent choice , I like it better than North Italia which is where my daughters like to go and meet their friends. We had a family Sunday dinner and everything we order was good, fresh and full of flavor.

This place is absolutely amazing! From the minute you walk in until the time you leave. The staff is incredible. My daughter had her 16th birthday party here and it was beautiful set up. We were greeted by the two sweet hostess who were very helpful throughout the entire evening. And I can’t say enough good things about our waiter Forrest. He was so accommodating and professional throughout the entire evening . We brought a cake and he brought it out with candles lit, everyone sang happy birthday and they even took it to the back and brought out pieces of cake for everyone. In this day and age it’s truly hard to find good service. It’s so refreshing to know there are restaurants like Taverna with amazing staff. They made my daughters birthday so special and memorable. Thank you!

I visited Taverna today with me sister who was in from out of town. I have been to Taverna a few times before. Previously the food was decent but the portions and quality were fair. Today was unacceptable from the service to the food. My sister ordered a diet coke it was flat and turned out to be diet r/c. My mimosa was warm and tasteless. We then ordered the bruschetta. It was supposed to be on toasted ciabatta bread. It was on untoasted french bread and tasteless. After we finally got the waiter's attention to tell him that it was not edible, we returned it and ordered something else. One table away the manager asked the waiter about it not sure what was said but watched the manager walk away. He should come straight over and apologized and asked what they could have done to correct it but no eye contact or acknowledgement, but he went on to the next table. We then order the veal carpaccio. It was served with so much black truffle oil that it was inedible. The oil was dripping off the veal. It was disgusting. We still can't get the oily and truffle taste out of mouths and we both love truffle oil. This is the first bad review that I have left but people work hard for the money and shouldn't waste it here. The only think decent was the iced tea.

Really good restaurant in an upscale part of town. The food was very good, but I’ve had better and the waiter was very nice but did not keep my drink full and I had to remind him that we ordered an appetizer. It was still good enough to where I would go back, But, I would like to try out some of the other restaurants in the Legacy West area.

We dined in Taverna on a Saturday night. The place was packed, yet the service was amazing! Our waiter accommodated my dietary restriction to the dish I ordered. He recommended his preferred menu items when we asked him about it, and the food tasted delicious! The only comment I have is that our table for 2 was very small, easily crowded by the large plates food comes in. Other than that, we had a great experience and will return soon!
Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating when I asked not to include pork in the dish.
