This place used to be great, but not anymore and it's sad. I gave it one last try last night and won't be going back. The whole place was dirty, it took forever to get my meal for dine-in, and then the food was nasty. It's also off-putting to sit there eating a meal with multiple Doordash drivers standing around, hovering over you waiting on their orders which are also taking too long.

Came in during lunch hour however the entire kitchen was busy fulfilling a catering order. Individual patrons awaiting their lunch orders had wait a very long time. Gave a 3 because food is good but service for physically present customers felt unimportant.

Ordered two bowls, started eating mine and found a hair in my food- lost my appetite- my husband continued eating his bowl as we thought this may be a one-off situation, 10 minutes into eating his bowl, he took a hair out. When I addressed the worker and how this totally made us lose our appetite, he said he would refund me for half of our food! Are you KIDDING me!!!! I should have known better than to eat here from when I saw the plastic forks, the container with open forks sitting in it is filthy with dust and grime! YUCK! The cooks don’t have their hair ( which is long) pulled back.I will be reporting them to the health department! Disgusting, unsanitary and dirty restaurant and workers!Update!!! Left a message for the “general manager” a few times and never got a call back! This place needs to be shut down because of how filthy it is.

This place seems to have a really bad issue with online or delivery orders, I ordered the Spicy Chicken bowl with extra sauce and a large Dr.Pepper...and you guessed it I got NO sauce and a small/regular Pepsi also. Also they gave us some random sauce that we didn't ask for and it tasted bad. Idk if they have beef with the delivery apps but don't take it out on the customers.

I had a taste for Asian stir fry when I woke up from nap from working a 12-hr shift. I needed to fuel my body with some energy so I could make a few errands while being out.The teriyaki madness was aesthetically prepared beautiful. I thought I was going to eat everything in the bowl before I made it back home. However, the rice taste threw everything off. It had this bitter taste. Lucky for me, I can cook. Later on I came home and stir fried the rest and added my seasoning and yellow onions.

The 2 stars are solely for the girl at the register that t took my order, very friendly and helpful, she really knew the menu! And the one thing she suggested was the only good thing in the bowl and that was the orange chicken... otherwise the food was ? gross, the vegetables were soggy like wet, as if they were soaking in water and just thrown in the bowl after the fact... YUK... NOT FRESH AT ALL! and the steak teriyaki had a weird flavor that made me think it was past its eat by date, yall might want to check on that! And the rice was mushy and also wet, not sticky....wet, mushy, and gross, that's how I describe the food. Save your money folks, there's a million places better than this one! To the owner: take some time to train your kitchen staff on what the food should be like and perhaps a on what it definitely should NOT be like! My food should never have left anyones kitchen, I hope I'm not food poisoned with that beef!

I understand why the Lewisville/colony location closed, poor management. The frisco location was not prepared for customers today at 12:33pm only 1 other customer, they had to defrost chicken. Many came and left due to wait times WOW,,I won't be back.

Decent Asian fusion bowls but they take FOREVER to make your order. Don't expect to pickup some quick food. EDIT: Business apparently thinks they're being cute by saying I was "Hangry"...man..y'all took OVER 40 minutes to put protein, veggies, and rice into a bowl.

A quick take out lunch from Teriyaki Madness on August 5th, 2022.Fried rice with Spicy Steak. Boyyyy that steak was spicy, but definitely delicious ?. Price is good and service was quick.Too bad I was so hungry that I didn’t get to take a picture, but the fried rice was cooked well and matched well with the veggies. I like how the spicy sauce mixed with the fried rice tasted. Definitely a go to place if you work in the area or or are from Plano.Side note: on arrival the cook seemed a little bother because a customer asked to change their order from non spicy to spicy.

Food was good, like any other teriyaki madness but I showed up at 8.34 pm and was told they don't accept order after 8.30 pm because "those are the rules"Um I've showed up to this same location at 8.45 pm and ordered before with no problems! I always do the "I'm sorry it's so late" tip because they have always accommodated me. I work late and often don't have time to cook... guess it's cereal for dinner tonightThanks a lot, cashier dude without a name tag on.

Bummer…Long wait for an incomplete dish.I was really looking forward to this lunch.Disappointment 1: warned at the ordering counter that it would take 35-45 minutes. Appreciate the heads up but whaaaaaaat? The phrase “fresh to order” doesn’t buy you 45 minutes where I’m from.Disappointment 2: I ordered teriyaki chicken bowl, received chicken and veggies and rice for sure, not a drop of sauce, and no sauce on the side, not so much as a cup or a packet in the tied shut bag.Disappointment 3: As I tried to enjoy my sauce less chicken the fork stapled in half, really really low quality plastic wear although a small issue really topped off the experience as a negative one.

I used to love this place. But the last 2 visits have been terrible. Today I spent $14 on a teriyaki bowl and got no sauce and charred (black) chicken. I had to cut the char off and make a sauce. Not good.

First off I really like the food. I have really tried with this place about 7 different times. It’s pure madness when you order from the Foodsby app. I tried going in to the place to order and no one acknowledged us for 30 minutes to order our food so my coworker and I just walked out.

Came here and thought it would be a good try. But when we went in, we waited 5 mins and no one cared about customers waiting in the front. They were so short of staff that they couldn’t take anymore orders as they said it would be more than an hour wait. So pretty much we waited for nothing. Very disappointment and would not come back to try.

Only allowing online orders.*UpdateI didn't order online or call in. Luckily there was a salad shop nearby. I was looking for something quick and healthy. If you're only going to allow to-go orders, you should edit your listing on Google to reflect that.
