The place was really nice and very beautifully decorated. Food was delicious as well, the shakshuka was our favorite dish. Service was missing a few things, they were nice, but not very attentive. We had to wait for them to walk near us to ask them for everything, from water to taking our order. We also didn’t know which waiter was waiting our table. No introduction or anything.

This place doesn’t deserve to be called the best brunch place in town. It’s only good for Instagram photos, but the service and food was below mediocre. Read below to know why: I’ve been to this restaurant about thrice this year. Two main things I would like to highlight is that everytime I book a garden room on my reservation, they somehow seem to ignore that and set up the table in the main dining room. When I mention to the front of this error, the manager on duty (who seems to be the same guy each time), makes a furious face and shows frustration to move our party, which then we end up avoiding making him angry and settle for an indoor table, which we didn’t select at the time of reservation. Secondly, they changed or removed many food items from their menu, and also sent an old menu along with the reservation confirmation which was completely misleading. The food quality has also dropped significantly since the beginning of the year. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money to come out here for some pretty pictures to post on social media. There are much prettier places than this to click good pictures. As for me, I am not coming here again and not bringing family and friends here either. This was the last visit!

10/10 I can honestly say that my daughter and I were truly impressed and amazed with this restaurant. The vibe was giving classy ladies brunch on a Sunday. It’s so beautiful inside and the food and drinks were everything. If you’re looking for a cute and classy place to have a girls brunch or night out , The Bloom Lounge, should definitely be at the top of your list.

My wife and I have been to The Bloom Lounge a few times now, and every visit has been fantastic! The food and service are always amazing, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s the perfect brunch spot—delicious dishes, welcoming atmosphere, and super easy to get to. Definitely one of our favorite places in town!

Do I recommend visiting this adorable, photo-worthy and overall delicious spot? Yes. But service is half the meal when dining out and that is a big part of what patrons pay for.
A few things: make a reservation for weekends and peak times. The espresso martini is great. And the pancakes are awesome.
My server gets 1 star. 2 overall service rating because the hostess was accommodating when I called to make my reservation. And for the most part the food was delicious. Literally the problems here are service (proficiency and etiquette - it was a frustrating experience) and kitchen timing (of 8 guests, one was served their plate last... over 15 minutes afer everyone was served and almost done eating... it was the Salmon Tartare. The raw dish came 15 minutes after a bolognese, a burger, a benedict...). Took over 20 minutes after water for her to even come take our drink orders. She checked on us so infrequenly between that and food drop that we had to flag down another server for condiments.
Make sure you know what size party warrants their auto 20% gratuity. We had 8 people but 3 separate checks, and I had asked for 2 separate tables of 4 people when I made the reso, but they chose to seat us all at one. Our server didn't explain that gratuity had already been charged when she dropped the checks, just handed the device with the prompt to add an additional gratuity that was certainly not earned. And stood over our shoulders while we signed. Just bad form.
It's a beautiful spot, it really is. The bar, dining, and patio areas are all adorable. I've been in the past and had the Beef Carpaccio (amazing), Crowned Beet Salad, and Passion Fruit Ceviche. Give it a visit, take some delicious photos. I just hope you get a better overall experience.

Horrible experience w the music..base boom boom the whole time!!!!! Like at a concert. My chicken picatta was all cut up- should have been a whole breast- friend had the Marsala and it looked and was good- French toast looked yummy- onion soup was very good. Darling decor but music spoiled it so only 3 stars.

We went for a friend’s birthday, and our server made it very clear that she was also there to celebrate our friends birthday. She kept telling her it was her day and whatever she wanted, she would make happen. She offered multiple suggestions on things to try and gave us ideas on portion sizes of what was shareable. I had the tiramisu pancakes and they were so delicious. The cocktails were amazing and were signature drinks unavailable at most places. Several people celebrating birthdays or baby showers. It looked like a place straight out of a movie featuring a tea shop.
