We usually eat to-go from the boiling crab but we decided to eat here today. It took awhile to seat 16 of us. It was originally going to take 30 minutes or so but it It went faster because we split up our table. We were only one table apart so when that table in between finished, they combined our two separate tables together. They did that without us asking because they knew we wanted to be together. The wait staff works hard and fast. We were not sure how much to order so we had to do multiple orders but the food kept coming and everyone had a good time.

Average tasting shrimp boil. Would prefer they offered headless shrimp. Probably my last visit to this restaurant. Call it a gut instinct. The Boiling Crab is more like The Boiling Colon for this guy. Not impressed with the Gen Z service either. The Kickin Crab tops this joint across the board.

wasn’t expecting much walking in and taking a few minutes to be serviced, and atmosphere was eh, but as soon as i got my food i forgot about anything else. it was so good it has now become one of the top favorite restaurants of all time. The xxx sauce was arguably the best sauce i’ve ever had. i never write reviews but i can’t stop talking about how good it was.

Such great quality seafood - this will be my go to from now on!! I got oysters, blue crab, mussels, and snow crab. Just divine and full of meat! The seasoning is amazing too. The customer service is also superb.
The fried shrimp and Cajun fries are delicious. The fries could go a little lighter with the seasoning. Some felt more like inhaling powder than fries. The service was great and the restaurant clean.

Came in for two seafood boils totally wasted 60$ plus dollars. Shrimp were mushy and disgusting weird flavor. Never will eat at any boiling crab restaurants ever again. Don’t waste your money..
*Update after message frm restaurant it’s sad that yu all are ok with serving trash and your only willing to make it right if I call the same day. Bottom line is I wasted 60 plus bucks and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Dont insinuate I made this up I have proof of purchase and pics of the shrimp in the trash. Boiling crab is disgusting and so is your response. Look at the many reviews about how nasty the shrimp is

Unfortunately the experience was very poor, the food was not fresh, had a bad taste and looked stale, I told the waitress what happened and she stated that it was not fresh.

I really wanted to love my experience. The service was excellent! The food was not so great unfortunately. ?
We started with the calamari that were in mushy tasteless rings. The snow crab ? was good at first until we got a piece of crab leg that was frozen. They sent it back and it was better, but we found another cold piece, still didn’t say anything because we felt bad. We didn’t ask for the calamari to be comped, but we should’ve.
The first round of margaritas we ordered didn’t taste like they had any alcohol in them. So we ordered the second and final round with the shot on the side so we could pour them in and they were a lot better.
The pound of clams I ordered were really good and no complaints there!
For the $147 we were charged, I felt like I should’ve spent $50. I’m not a complainer normally, but I want them to hear honest feedback. Hope things get better with the quality for the price. We still tipped 20% for our service, but for the food, I wouldn’t have tipped anything. Please do better in the kitchen!!
