expensive for cover bands. great venue for music...terrible for movies

Terrible sound. We go to 50-60 concerts a year, at all kinds of venues, from dive bars to stadiums. This place has the worst sound mixing I’ve ever heard. Doesn’t matter where you are standing, it sounds terrible.

I’m not a Karen, seriously. However, this has to be the absolute worst sound I have ever heard at a concert. Drums. Only drums, despite the singer asking for acoustics, repeatedly. Also, the chair I paid $40+ to sit in for approx 2.5 hours looked like it could take both my legs off of if I sneezed. No soap in the trailer that is the toilet. So, You’re telling me, at the epicenter for the Billion Dollar Mile, paying $25 for a vodka drink, I could end up with pink eye, a broken leg or 2, while wondering what one of the hottest bands in Texas Country Music actual sounds like, you continue to rip people off and this is the best you can do…. No. Do better.

should not advertise outdoor seating if it is conditional on when you go. not enough seating to eat if it is crowded.

6th annual boots and bbq, I ask a lady politely if veterans need to buy tickets and she said yes. I said are they not free she said no, move forward an hour I walk back in after reviewing the FB post and we DO get in free. Well we go in have a nice time once the music started it was too loud for my daughter so we walked inside. I went out on the first balcony so she could see. We were not there even a minute until that same lady came rushing over rude AF shouting in front of everyone (they are staring one even mouths I’m sorry with a shocked face) and rudely said this is for VIP only you have to leave right now. I would never argue with rules and just told my kids we had to leave the floor. I’m by myself with two kids so it takes about 30 seconds to get to the door as she’s acting like I’m a criminal behind us. A veteran on Memorial Day gets no rest from this rude woman with messed up teeth, white, 45-50 at least. This was right when the band started playing.

Cancelled an event with almost no notice because the new CEO doesn’t want “urban” shows at the venue anymore.

Racist owners don’t want urban ppl to patronize his business…will definitely spend my money elsewhere…don’t recommend

New CEO new racist policies. Will never be back to the legacy west area ever again. No “urban” shows no “urban” money. When we do create our own venues pls leave us alone.

The Lexus Box Garden looks like a fun place to party! I wish there was a similar food hall with live entertainment near me. The environment was cozy, and the seats were comfortable. The food hall has a scan-this-order-that system where staff delivers your food to your table. I’m unsure if the box garden allows this during a live show. I wouldn’t want to miss anything if I’m allowed to order table service.

Had a VIP box for Emerald City Friday night and the sound quality and vocals was awful. Couldn’t even recognize some of the songs. Went down to the Box Garden sound board to let them know, and they jumped all over me and threatened to throw me out! Then talked to the EC sound guy and he said it was all on the Box Garden sound guy. They wouldn’t let him do anything to help it. Seems stupid to pay for a VIP box and have worse sound quality than the floor, and they knew it. Seems pretty impossible to screw up EC, but they managed to do so. Why spend the extra money? Visited with other VIP box people and they all agreed. Probably why I don’t see all the VIP boxes being sold anymore?

As an Out of town visitor to Dallas I went to the Karaoke on Tues Nov 12 at the Lexus Box Garden at Legacy Hall.
The venue is Really Nice, numerous eateries surrounding a central courtyard with a stage.
Initially it was nice & fun. Then I noticed that a number of people were going up to sing again, despite me having put in a song. . I then looked at the que and literally saw my name go further down on the list. Having sat there for well over an hour, I went over to the guy and asked him why were people being put ahead of me
He told me that "People TIP Him to move them up the list". I was shocked by this,, never having had this type of thing happen before,, so i left.
This is Very Unprofessional. I wonder Does Management know about this?

We had a great time. The staff were all very nice and helpful and seemed to truly enjoy their job, which makes such a difference with customer service. Everything was clean and kept orderly the whole night. Also, I don't believe there is a bad seat in the entire place.

10/10 vibes! It’s such a beautiful layout, peaceful, and classy! While grabbing a drink, we watched the remainder of the football game on the projector! Customer service was excellent, drinks were decent, and the area was clean. I recommend anyone to check out this Hall overall!

Please get your female security manager under control. My wife and I drinking sodas was kicked out for "stumbling too much". Told us it's "time to call it a night". Amazing! SMH
