We love Capital Grille! It is our go-to for birthdays and anniversaries. We visited this past Saturday to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a wonderful evening! I love the decor of the restaurant. Check out the five clocks over the kitchen, one of which is Plano. We ordered the fried calamari for an appetizer. It is our favorite. My husband ordered the Sea Bass and I ordered the Scallops with lobster and asparagus risotto. Both were delicious. The warm fresh bread complimentary to every table is the best! My husband really enjoyed a birthday drink of Knob Hill whiskey. Since we were there to celebrate a birthday, we were served a complimentary flourless chocolate espresso cake and cheesecake with seasonal berries. Nice! That brings me to the best part of our evening, our server Robert. Robert made the evening an evening to remember. He was so friendly and welcoming, took lots of photos to document the happy event, and encouraged us to return soon. We will!

I recently visited to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and congratulated us on our anniversary! They even had heart confetti and a handwritten card waiting for us at the table when we were seated. Our waitress, Hannah, was incredible. She was so kind and present and was so delightful to interact with. All of the wait staff was amazing, one of the women who helped box our food after we finished even gave me a few extra pieces of bread she noticed I had liked! At the end of our meal, Hannah surprised us with a congratulatory dessert and roses. This was so thoughtful of her! I can’t recommend this place enough! Every time we visit we have a great time, but this visit was phenomenal. Thank you so much to everyone at Capital Grille and especially thank you to Hannah for making our anniversary so much more special!

This was my first time at The Capital Grille, and it absolutely lived up to all the great reviews. Beyond the delicious meal and the warm, welcoming atmosphere, our server Tina truly made the experience exceptional. She knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful guidance on how to order and pair our dishes, and her recommendations felt exactly as they should—gentle, informed, and spot on, never pushy. She elevated the entire evening. The next time I visit, I’ll definitely be asking for Tina as my server.

We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner at The Capital Grille. The food was fantastic and the whole night felt special from start to finish. A huge thank you to Rafael, who has now been our server three times, and he is truly the best. He is warm, attentive, and somehow always makes you feel like you are the only table in the room. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the conversation and overall service team were absolutely top notch. The only small disappointment was that they were out of the beef tartare, which we were really looking forward to, but Rafael handled everything with such professionalism and made sure the night was still a total hit. Thank you again, Rafael. We will be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I travel all over the world for fine dining experiences and this is the best I’ve had hands down in years. We loved the round table, so much more conducive to participation in conversations! Thank you to the entire staff who waited on us. It was a very pleasant experience and we we be back!!
