Absolutely blown away by the flavor and texture, many options have actual bits of fruit, cookie, or nuts mixed in, which I thought added much to the gelato. Perfectly not too sweet. Cool slightly stretchy texture.

My wife and I, both in our thirties, recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. When we requested samples, the gentleman with the mustache provided us with the smallest portions of gelato we have ever encountered, making it difficult to discern the flavors. Furthermore, he informed my wife that we were limited to two samples per person, and his tone suggested we were being little kids trying to steal. I am unsure of the business model they are aiming for. Additionally, the gelato itself was merely passable. The pistachio flavor had a pleasant texture, but the taste of the pistachios seemed somewhat stale. The milk chocolate flavor was below average.

I’ve had ferrero rocher and pistachio gelato, it was very creamy and delicious! My husband and I rarely come to Plano area so it was fun to explore and wander into gelato shop. Service was friendly and nice! Would love to go back if I am ever in area again

I was amazed at how all the flavors felt so natural. The first time I visited, I ended up trying six different scoops and loved all of them. Especially, the Ferrero Rocher felt exactly like I was having chocolate truffle. The taste can be easily replicated, but the way this place replicates the texture as well makes it truly special.
I visited wit family. The customer service was amazing! The gelato was absolutely delicious,would definitely recommend!

At first, we were excited to visit with our kids. However, the experience was disappointing due to the staff's attitude. I asked to try a sample, and the man with the mustache looked at us and gave only a tiny piece—so small it was impossible to even taste it. His attitude felt unwelcoming and dismissive. Because of this negative interaction, we won’t be returning.
