Walked in, wasn’t acknowledged by the guy at the register. Placed my order, asked him for the hot sauce on the side and he didn’t acknowledge me. He put hot sauce on my food and I said “Hey I asked for it on the side but that’s fine”. Kept insisting on dumping out the hot sauce line and got rid of some of the food in the process. He then handed me my food WITHOUT putting the hot sauce inside the bag. Had to ask him again. Dissatisfied with the customer service. Worker seemed distracted and on the phone the whole interaction.

I ordered the combo shawarma and the chapli kebab over fries for my son alomg with a side of hummus. The pita bread on the shawarma was so dry and there was barely any meat in the shawarma I ordered it's all veggie. The fries are undercooked and not crispy. My son got an upset stomach from eating those fries. Plus the chapli kebab was not seasoned right. They used to be very good a few years ago but now it's just fell off

I liked their platter and roll a lot in the start, but then every time I would eat it, there was a v. strange smell in their meat. I doubt it's 100% zabiha halal and on the condition and freshness of their meat.

I’ve been to this place multiple times, and every time it’s the same frustrating experience. The employees really struggle to understand basic English, which leads to my order being completely wrong every single time. It’s honestly exhausting trying to explain what I want and still ending up with something totally different. I’ve given them plenty of chances, but it’s clear they just don’t get it. I won’t be coming back. Save yourself the hassle. Instead of this garbage they sell as minced meat, everyone should take there business to Shah’s halal who sell real food and not minced meat that sits in warm containers all day

When I lived near here a few years ago, it seemed more people friendly and you chose what you wanted on your plate. Now it's more like a factory; they build it and you can omit stuff and it cost more. Doesn't stay hot in the foam to go container like it did in the foil container they used to put it in. I was not happy with my purchase.

Was very disappointed. First time trying and you’re paying $14 for a platter of rice and vegetables. The meat is cut into tiny crumbles instead of strips of gyro that you would usually get so you’re barely getting any. Waste of money will not return.
Me and my friend both got extremely ill for multiple days after eating this, we had the worst stomach cramps, both of us only ate this the entire day. Nasty hygiene or something gave us some odd type of food poisoning that I’ve never had before, we suspect the creepy guy at the register of slipping something funny in the food.

For $14 this is the worst shawarma on platter to have. The prices posted on Google maps are about 30% lower than store prices. Tried the salad. Vegetables were kind of stale. The lamb is poorly cut: crumbles instead of strips. For the price, there are far too many authentic middle east places to get shawarma and gyro that will give you cleaner, fresh and enjoyable food.

They give way less protein than they used to. You'll get a bunch of rice and just a pinch of meat. It seems like they're focusing on quantity over quality 🤷♂️
