Wanted to compare this place to the authentic Philly cheesesteak I had last weekend in Philadelphia. This was honestly so much better. Meat was super tender and all the fixings were grilled to perfection. Texas does it better than Philly overall!
I get a cheesesteak here once or twice a week and I always get it to go. For a long time, I loved food but recently they have changed the to go packaging and it degrades the quality dramatically. It used to be put in a to go box which let the bread stay toasted and let the cheese and sauce stay in place. Now, they got rid of the boxes and they wrap the sandwich in a foil paper. Now when I get home and open it up to eat it, the cheese, meat and sauce is all stuck to the wrapper...
The lunch special is something I highly recommend! You get the sandwich fries and a drink for like $15. The sandwich was flavorful and the fries were crispy. I ended up going twice in a
