Arrived at 11:10 am and the doors were locked even though it says they open at 11. Guess they saved me from over priced milk tea. Almost $7 per drink.

Plenty of options. My personal favorite is the Rose Milk Tea with Tao Jiao. I hadn't tried it before and was surprised to find real flower petals. It's great hot or cold.

The people who work there are super friendly. They really became part of the community.

Parking: Can park in the parking garage in the same building as the store. There is also an inside entrance to the store next to the elevator, so you don't have to go outside. Plenty of parking across the street with a crosswalk. Some street parking as well.

This is the best boba tea I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in 5 countries. I got the matcha with oat milk and boba tapioca balls. Everything tasted so fresh and had this nuttiness to it - chef’s kiss!! Highly recommend.

It looks really cute walking in and I liked the aesthetic. I got the brown sugar milk tea with foam and it was nice. It wasn’t as sweet as I liked but I think next time I’ll just ask for extra sugar. They do give you a good amount of boba though which I appreciate because I like their texture.

It took 37 minutes to get my drink after putting my order in. I paid more to order oat milk because im lactose intolerant, and my drink was made with regular milk. I waited that whole time and I couldn't even drink it

The Whale Tea was a participating business the Plano Sip & Shop Wine Walk and I’m so glad they were! I was able to meet the owner, she took her time to explain the menu to me, and make a recommendation for to try. I ordered the Milk Foam Mango Tea with Mango Popping Boba. This was my first time trying a milk foam boba. It was delicious! The green tea, sweetness, and creaminess were well- balanced. I will definitely be going back and look forward to trying their other flavors.

The ambiance is very nice.Upon ordering the taro milk tea, we were disappointed to find that it didn't suit our preferences. Despite our anticipation of the distinct taro flavor, it was completely absent, and the beverage turned out to be excessively sugary, detracting from our enjoyment of it.

• Limited parking lots• Overpriced• Low quality of drinks (too much sugar and ice)• The franchise owner of this location does not know how to treat customers, not doing custom drinks at all.
