So this wasn't my first time at Yellow chilli, I have been there multiple times and had good experience however last night i was very disappointed. At first they put the wrong order on our table. Then the salad they brought when more than half of the group was finished eating. It shows lack of efficiency and attention to the servers. The drinks came in the end that too after reminding them. Moreover, the food wasn't up to mark. Their signature dish “Shaam Savera” didn't have soft paneer, it was hard which was very disappointing. We brought our family there and none of them enjoyed the food or the service. It's such a renowned chef's restaurant and when you get such poor service at such a great price it doesn't leave a great impression.

Aman was a great server, had some awesome recommendations for the menu. Food was very flavorful and the price was fair with the area :)
My babe and I truly enjoyed the food, service AND ambiance! We came for lunch and had the butter chicken and curry goat with naan. Everything was very flavorful and sooo good! Our server Alex was very attentive and helpful with the menu. We will absolutely return and bring some friends. 10/10 recommend!

Had the worst experience and worst food at this restaurant. Ordered some appetisers, biryani and thaali.
Appetisers were ok not that great. Then came the biryanis. No salt. No taste. Nothing but just rice and chicken. Told the server about it. He checked and said he’ll not be charging for 1 out of 2 tasteless biryani.
Asked for onions on the side but the server said we need to order an onion salad for charge. We ordered only to get cucumbers with fungus and onions that aren’t even freshly cut. When I showed it to the server, he said “I need to go check in the kitchen”.. he went and came back scraping the fungus part of the cucumber and says it’s just the head of cucumber. Ridiculous. It’s clearly fungus and this what they serve their customers. Didn’t even apologise for the situation.
One of the worst restaurant ever! Never ever going back and ruining my special days.
Must try, everything was just amazing and Aman was very helpful and provided customized drink!!

No respect for customers. We went for lunch yesterday at the Plano location and had to leave without even sitting because of the terrible customer service.
It was lunch time and hardly two tables were occupied and the waiter made us stand there without acknowledging us. He walked right in front of us and did not even greet or say anything.
Invest in good staff because we will never go back and also make sure we will ask all our friends also not go there. Bad food can be tolerated but disrespect cannot be.
