I made a detour here for a boba tea... since it is a boba tea shop - and, actually, "boba" teashop is quite literally the name. To my surprise, though, I was told there was no boba. That's like Kentucky Fried Chicken, except there's no chicken. It's like Whataburger, but there's no burger. It's like a Halloween party, but there's no costumes. It's like 1985 Boston Celtics with no Larry Bird. It's like the Dallas Cowboys, except they win.. It just doesn't make any sense.Despite the boba-less blunder, 5 stars for the ambiance as I strutted the walk of shame away from an employee whose gaze seemed to question my sanity for expecting boba in a boba shop. The bewildered look was truly the cherry on top of an already unconventional, empty-handed visit.

This place is great! The taro boba tea is super delicious as well as has huge variety of flavors. This place is a definite must for macarons. The staff are kind and very helpful in your choosing of flavors. They have great atmosphere to relax, study, or enjoy with a group of friends. So come on out and enjoy some tea, at rainbow teashop ?
The drink was wayyy too sweet and I only drank probably 10% of it because most was ice and over sweetened cheese foam. Asked to exchange my drink for a $1 chip bag and they wouldn't even do that. I didn't even ask for a refund. He was very rude about it. Plenty of other options around like Ding, Tiger Sugar, Feng Cha, that have better tasting drinks and friendlier services.

This place is actually so cute, and they’ve been around for a long time! My fave drink is the taro milk tea with cream cheese foam and tapioca boba. You can adjust sweetness and amount of ice as well. I’ve always experienced great service from the staff, and I love that they host events like artist alleys as well. They also have treats like macarons, bubble waffles, and small snacks as well.They have Wi-Fi for guests, and a printer where you pay a small price to print out whatever you want.Located at a strip mall, and I’ve never had issues with parking

Very clean establishment and cutely decorated. The times I went, it is very quiet with modern music playing. Second time trying this location and I love the strawberry milk tea or the Barbie drink with a the cloud foam and the crystal boba. I took my little one here and we tried the tiger milk tea. Both drinks were well made and served fresh! The strawberry drink was heavenly! The cashier was very kind and patient. He answered all the questions I had, when I first visited! We also go to try a cup with coconut pudding and it was very nice! It was not overly sweet and has a good after taste. Would highly recommend! I look forward to trying additional flavors too.

Firstly, the staff here are some of the friendliest people I have met. They will make anyone feel welcomed and offer great customer service. Mixed with the decor in the shop, its the perfect vibe for anyone to hang out or study. Each drink they offer is amazing and have a great variety for all people. Would recommend this boba shop to anyone who loves boba. 10/10
