Got deluxe tonkotsu ramen. It was good. They use thick noodles which I’m not a fan of. The Chashu was delicious. I had to pay a dollar to make it spicy and it wasn’t spicy. They put about 30,000 bean sprouts in my bowl which was kinda annoying. I wouldn’t come back for ramen but I’m definitely coming back. I can tell this restaurant is good I just prefer my ramen prepared differently.
I've been coming to here for at least 2 years now. I loved the extensive menu for the different types of Japanese food available but I'm sorry to see that Carlos Pinto (Carlos Jr) may no longer be offering his special tendon tempura since the menu has changed and there is no more sashimi/salmon/tuna bowls. I recently tried his Tendon Tempura in Pasadena, CA and I was looking forward to having more here in DFW because I remembered his logo and saw him in the kitchen before....
Had lunch at this adorable spot, and really enjoyed it.

The restaurant is clean and inviting, and I like the variety of the menu, though on our visit several items were marked off on the menu, and the fish curry I initially ordered wasn’t available. Portions are generous, and I felt the experience was a good value for the money.
