We were really excited to try this place, as we drive by it all the time. The ice cream was really good, but the girls working the front were terrible. Very rude, kept looking at each other making faces and then when we would look up to order they were clearly trying not to laugh. (We were the only ones in the place) It made us feel very uncomfortable, like they were laughing at us, and made us not want to come back. Just very unprofessional.

They have unique flavors, a spicy berry seasonal one is my ultimate favorite here, they do have exceedingly more chocolate chips in all chipped ice cream.

Very good large ice cream shop in and out of the way area. They have a fairly wide selection of unique ice creams. Oh flavors that we have tried have been excellent. Highly recommend

The ice cream there had lots of ice cream for a good price, and the flavors were great. Also the swinging chairs are awesome to sit in while enjoying ice cream.

SO, I walked in here just now, I realized I needed to use the bathroom very badly as I looked at the menu, so I asked the nice lady working behind the counter if I could just use the bathroom first before I order, she says yes and as I'm walking out comes a lady from random office and says "NO, YOU CANNOT use the bathroom." I informed her that "it's just number 1 I'll be very quick" , and she refused and went back in her office. I go knock on her window and tell her she really needs to post a sign letting people know they must order something first before using the bathroom. She then comes out because she obviously is the type of person who needs the last word, and tells me "it is just courtesy to buy something if you're going to use the bathroom." I told her "well, if you had listened in the first place I said may I use the bathroom real quick BEFORE I ORDER. But now with the attitude and treatment there's no chance that I would order something now." Her reply? Overly sarcastic "WELL THEN BYE!" While waving me away. I only post this obviously out of anger for the treatment but I felt a definite deserving of if I could give a flat ZERO I would but I must give over 1 star, and that star belongs to the lady behind the counter. I DO now know why every single time I've been in there or passed by there there is literally NO ONE there.

We love coming here for ice cream. The caramel crack is my favorite.
The Plano location is larger if you have more people in your group.
