Torches is usually on point every day but today I asked for no lettuce and no pico due to an allergy. They put lettuce on it even though the receipt says no lettuce and they put pico, but tried to scrape it off, even though it says no pico.. how dumb do you have to be to get something so simple so wrong it shows pure negligence on the employees part and stupidity at its finest.

I went here in the evening. I asked the female cashier for my pick up order. She said there was nothing....I told her there was an order ready for pick up across from to her. She refused to check if it was mine....I had to flag down another employee to assist me so I could get MY order....Torchy's has mediocre food anyway, and after this incident, now I know they have terrible customer service, too. Please don't hire people who don't want to work and hate the customers......

It's good place, not so noisy. It's maintained well and Service is good. They have drinks options too and outdoor seating. Good thing is that there are lot of vegetarian options available here unlike in other restaurants in USA. Salads with No Meat, Queso and Chips and Taco/Burrito.
My friend had gold card and got one free chips and queso. We can even refill chips.

The worst tacos I've ever had in my entire life. My partner and I ordered three tacos to eat there, and the meat was cold, plus the cheese. It was our first time there, and no one told us when our food was ready. I had to get up and go to the counter to ask. I went back to the table, and they immediately brought the food, all cold. They also took a long time to bring the two sodas I ordered. When I was about to get up a second time, the waitress came with one, and I told her I wanted two. She brought them to me, and I said thank you, but she didn't even respond. Fifty dollars wasted at this place.

mixed up orders. food was delivered cold and blah tasting which is being charitable (wife said it looked and tasted like dog food m). veggies so overcooked, just mush. hardly any chicken in my burrito bowl.

Service??? You have to order on a kiosk!! I had trouble because I didn't want any modifications to my Democrat Taco!! I ended up going to the bar to ask for help. The bartender ended up placing my order. Now she was great!!! If it wasn't for her, I would have probably left. WHERE IS THE HUMAN COMMUNICATION!!! BRING IT BACK!!!

I come here all the time, and the food is delicious, service is fast and polite, and the atmosphere is always great. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito, and the queso is always delicious. The best location I've been to, and the lovely woman at the bar is always so sweet, will be back again and again!
