Best French food we’ve found in the area. Lobster Bisque was amazing!
Ordered a glass of wine and the waiter didn’t bug me for another glass when I had finished. (As most restaurants do)

A modern and relaxed French restaurant celebrating French cuisine and sparkling wines. The bouillabaisse was delicious and had flavorful notes of saffron and lemon. The chicken cordon blue was crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Their lobster bisque and French onion soup were savory. Great presentation, service, and food.

We had a fantastic Sunday brunch at Toulouse! We brought a family member from out of town, and the experience did not disappoint. The wait staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service was efficient, though it felt even quicker thanks to the lively atmosphere and wonderful live music. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made for a great brunch outing. We’d definitely go back!

I love to go there but I have avoided it because the music is just too loud! My friends and I can barely hear each other. If that were toned down I’d go again. Holidays it seems especially loud! My husband says no to going on Mother’s Day’s because of the loud music.

Wow! Fantastic! Beautiful decor. We went for Valentine’s Day. Food was amazing. Our server was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested a wine that paired well with our food. Perfect date night spot. We will definitely be going back.

This place has great ambience and fantastic service. I think I picked the wrong item on the menu, so I really didn’t enjoy my omlette. But their croissants, French toast and sweet dishes were great.

Excellent place for lunch - dinner time. Escargot for an appetizer was our favorite, ceviche was fresh and well prepared, we thought personally it could use a bit more citrus / lemon, but totally personal preference.

We’ve been here for a couple visits, cocktails are professional and thoughtful. Steaks are of excellent quality / cut. They do a perfect rare-plus temperature.

Lamb shanks are a personal favorite, wouldn’t be surprised if that’s a most ordered dish. If you’re looking for a suggestion, go that route.

We ordered the lobster bisque but received the lobster risotto. After we let our waiter know he took full responsibility and apologized. He also took the charge off our bill which we very much appreciated. The risotto was delicious, we added a touch of tobacco and finished it like it was meant to be. It does come with the body of the lobster, we would’ve liked to have a lemon or butter to enjoy with the fresh lobster meat. We ate it with the risotto as I’m sure it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Overall no complaints, we plan to check into this spot from time to time. They did a wonderful job with the decor as well. Dress semi casual.

Dining at Toulouse Cafe and Bar was an exquisite experience, blending impeccable service with masterfully crafted cuisine. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance enveloped us in warmth and elegance, setting the stage for a truly memorable evening.

Our evening began with the Warm Brie, served with roasted pear, mushroom and very gentle garlic, a delightful starter that perfectly complemented the crispness of the cold night. The Lobster Risotto, enriched with mascarpone cheese and tender asparagus, was a luxurious symphony of flavors. The Beef Bourguignon, cooked to perfection and accompanied by earthy mushrooms and briny olives, showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen. Each dish was a testament to the chef’s artistry, flawlessly executed and presented.

For dessert, we indulged in the Salted Caramel, which was nothing short of sublime — a sweet and savory finale that left us craving more.

A special note of gratitude to Steven, whose attentiveness and professionalism elevated the experience even further. His warmth and knowledge of the menu added a personal touch that is rare to find.

We cannot wait to return and savor the Fig and Prosciutto Salad, the Duck Confit, the Saint-Jacques Scallops, and the Mussels Mariniere on our next visit. Toulouse is, without question, a culinary gem that delivers an unparalleled dining experience. Highly recommended for those seeking the perfect blend of ambiance, service, and fine French cuisine.

Shout out to Paul & Flo …they made our dinner experience here for the 1st time AMAZING!!!! Those two gentleman need their names on the wall seriously!!! If I could leave 100 stars I definitely would!!!!!!!!!!
