This establishment is an absolute gem. The exceptional French cuisine (Chef Miguel) and exemplary service (Waiter Preston, Bartender Cameron) are world-class. Manager Lei curates a uniquely European, charming atmosphere, enhanced by the impressive live talents of Helio, Goga, and Glay. An unequivocal 5-star destination.

The live musicians—Helio, Goga, and Glay—are incredibly talented! They provide the perfect soundtrack to the evening, creating a wonderful, European-like charm. Their performances are a highlight of the experience and greatly enhance the ambiance.
Our favorite waiter, Preston, is a key part of what makes this restaurant special. He is sweet, genuine, and always quick with service. His caring and efficient nature ensures that every guest feels well taken care of from start to finish.

Had been in France for vacation, I appreciated the charm and characteristics of the French cuisine in Toulouse Restaurant located in Legacy West, Plano. It has become one of our favorite restaurants. Besides dining there for any gathering or special occasions, we have always taken our out-of-town guests there for dinner and bragged about it. Then it came to one Sunday, while having dinner with our out-of-town guests, a loud scream from the kitchen “Oh My God”. It startled everyone so we all looked in the direction of the kitchen, hopefully that no one would get hurt. We soon realized that the staff was screaming because of the ongoing FIFA match between USA and Mexico, which Mexico led by 2-1. Being a soccer fan, I could appreciate the enthusiasm of a soccer match. However, the celebration saga was continuing to the point that it was rude, unprofessional, and consistently interrupted with our conversations. On top of that, all the foods were salty, and were not served at the same time. We had to wait for the meal of one guest so that we could all start eating together. We had to politely remind the server several times. The noise in the kitchen continued, prompted me to look at a gentleman wearing a jacket, which I thought was the night manager, to see if he would rectify the situation. Nothing happened. My personal thought is that kitchen staff either watching or listening to a sport game while preparing meals for guests is unprofessional. I was embarrassed by the dinner and the situation at this high-end restaurant. Toulouse in Plano is no longer on our favorite list of restaurants. We won’t be back.

Stopped by for after dinner dessert and cocktails. The restaurant was not very busy being closer to end of day so got a table without issue. Friendly and attentive staff. The creme brulee was very good and delicate as expected and drinks were good as well. Will be back for dinner.

All the vibes. The server was attentive and great! My French Toast was the best I’ve had since my mother. The Chanel drink was not good unfortunately, I did not taste alcohol at all. This place was gorgeous and girly and I like the fact they served brunch until 3pm. Piano bar and Entertainer was fabulous!

The food was okay. The cooking staff was watching soccer and yelling and screaming from the kitchen. Don't know where the manager was but I think it was not very professional considering how this restaurant is considered high end.

Came in to have brunch with the family to celebrate a first place swim meet for our little one. Had an awesome time here! Bradley, a new server, was amazing — super friendly, really on top of things, and just made the whole experience great. The food was delicious too. Definitely coming back and hoping Bradley is working when we do!

I had such a great experience at Toulouse, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cameron, our bartender. She was absolutely incredible, warm, attentive, and made us feel so taken care of. Her recommendations were spot on, and she created such a welcoming atmosphere. If you get a chance to sit at the bar with her, do it.
The food was just as memorable. We started with the truffle deviled eggs, which were rich and perfectly balanced. The fig and prosciutto salad was fresh and had that ideal mix of sweet and salty. The beef bourguignon was tender and full of flavor, total comfort food done right. We also tried the octopus with olives and capers. It was a little salty, but still delicious and worth trying if you like bold flavors.
One dish you absolutely can’t skip is the warm Brie and Camembert cheese puffs: flaky, buttery, and filled with gooey perfection. And for dessert, the Grand Marnier soufflé was the perfect finish. Light, warm, and subtly boozy, it’s a must-try.
Beyond the food and drinks, the entire staff made the experience exceptional. From the chefs to the hosts to the managers, including Christian, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It’s rare to feel that kind of hospitality from start to finish. I’ll definitely be bacK!
