I ordered a peach cake for my daughter's birthday, unfortunately the cake tasted old. It seemed like they took an old cake at the back then decorated the cake with stale white chocolate, the cake itself tasted old and dry. We know the difference because I ordered a mango cake last year and it was fresh and not dry that is why I ordered again this year but with the latest experience, I am looking for another bakery to order my birthday cake in 3 weeks.

My husband’s birthday was on Sunday so i called them on Saturday and order strawberry lychee cake and later they sent me the order confirmation receipt with other details to my phone number .So next day when I went to collect the cake , they told me that the cake was already picked up by someone on Saturday ..so I told them there must be a misunderstanding because I dint go nor send anyone to pick up the cake .. then the store manager was so racist towards me she told me if it’s ur husband’s birthday why did u order pink cake .. I was in shock and later the head chef came and he started accusing me by telling I don’t believe you and you are doing it wantedly that’s when I asked them to show me the CC tv and the store manager dint show me and she comes back to me telling that there employee got confused and gave the cake which i ordered to someone else .They were so rude and racist .
