Trompo is located inside the Valero gas station on the Southeast corner of Independence and Spring Creek. There are so many items on the menu ranging from tacos to menudo. They have a website you can order from, although it’s not the most user friendly. I put in a large order and it was ready in 15 minutes. There’s a table located inside Valero you can sit in, but most people opt to carry out.

I do not recommend it, the tacos are very bad, tasteless and very greasy, the sauce is tasteless, the very bad belly looked like chewing gum.
The girl is very kind and attentive, the only thing is the food is terrible.

Ordered 10 pork tacos what I got was 10 bland and dry tacos. No real flavor to the meat. Used to be a great place to get tacos. Don’t know what happened.

Yesterday we went apparently they changed taqueros and they are terrible!!!! The trompo meat was flavorless, they even lacked salt, they give you yellow lemon for the tacos!!! the dry and huge pieces of meat, terrible experience
We are not going to return again.

This is no longer Trompo Garland operated. It is obvious they no longer have Trompo’s cooks/recipe. All good things come to an end

In my life I had never eaten carnitas tacos that were so hard, I don't know how they sell them like that ? I didn't go to return them because I didn't have time!!!

First time here. Customer service was great. This place is inside a gas station. I loved the lengua taco on flour tortilla and the tripe taco on flour tortilla. The tortillas are from a tortillieria and not home made. Overall great tasting tacos.

Did this place change? It's pretty awful compare to what it use to be. The chorizo tasted like sloppy Joe's. Trompo meat I got was a different coloe/texture than before. Even the fries are now cheap shoestring tasteless ones. Wouldn't recommend going here anymore
