Trompo is located inside the Valero gas station on the Southeast corner of Independence and Spring Creek. There are so many items on the menu ranging from tacos to menudo. They have a website you can order from, although it’s not the most user friendly. I put in a large order and it was ready in 15 minutes. There’s a table located inside Valero you can sit in, but most people opt to carry out.

First time here. Customer service was great. This place is inside a gas station. I loved the lengua taco on flour tortilla and the tripe taco on flour tortilla. The tortillas are from a tortillieria and not home made. Overall great tasting tacos.

Maaaan. Just come here. Quit looking at the reviews. You're missing out. The troposphere is marinated so well and seeing the meat stacked on the grill made me wanna jump over the counter and make myself a plate ASAP.The elotes and flan were a great after meal treat.
