went in at 11:15am and there was no one in the store.. but the doors were open and the open sign was on? my wife and I waited for about ten minutes and finally two employees came in through the doors. no one acknowledged us and we were basically ignored as they walked into the back room. we still waited for our order to be taken and unfortunately we were still ignored. so we just left. how embarrassing for this location…

This place used to make good smoothies and I’d look forward to it. The last couple times I’ve been in I ordered two smoothies. The time before this there was no flavor whatsoever and I ordered two different smoothies one for me and one for my mom.

Today I ordered two smoothies of the same and they aren’t not blended at all. The smoothies are rough and very icy. They’re horrible. Will not be ordering from this location again.

The teenagers working here now are lazy and take zero pride in their work.

Response from owner isn’t true, I have reached out to him and a remake/refund was not offered.
Do not order from this location. Order was made wrong, my receipt says no cheese no bacon and it contained both, which I cannot eat. & it was delivered through the TSC app. I called and called no one ever answers the phone here. & yes I’ve called at different times, they just don’t answer period. I wasted $ and can’t even get a refund, based on other reviews the owner does not intend to issue refunds or answer the phone on purpose.

Worst place to come even if you are a delivery driver, i came to pick up an order and they are only kids working talking bullshit, one girl gave me the order without my drinks and she said thats was everything, then made me wait 15 minutes for 2 smoothies

I’m very disappointed to be writing this review. I always love the fresh tasting smoothies from Tropical. This morning I ordered ahead my peanut butter cup smoothie like are usually do this time after I got all the way home I tasted my smoothie and all I could taste was cucumber, which means someone didn’t properly clean out a blender before making my smoothie. I had to go all the way back and get it remade with major attitude from the employee. Luckily, I don’t have any allergies, but this could be a serious cross contamination lawsuit if These younger generation employees don’t stop being lazy And clean out a blender before making another smoothie. I don’t recommend going to this location if you like getting smoothies here

I came to the store on October 29, 2024 at 7:58pm. I left the store with a bag of FOOD POISONING. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, a bag of baked lays and a tropi-coloda for $16.29.
I took ONE BITE my stomach was TURNING. I have non stop diarrhea since last night. I hadn’t ate all day that’s how I know it was from here. I also noticed neither of the employees were wearing garments to cover their hair and did not have their hair pulled back. I will never return.

Response to owner : No matter how often you temp check your precooked Chicken does not prevent food poisoning. There are no other routes to check with. I got food poisoning from this location. It could’ve been anything the meat, the fruit, the vegetables you have no idea. I guarantee you those two teenage girls in there did not care. This is actually very POSSIBLE.

I ordered 2 smoothies online and wanted them delivered because we were busy doing things at the house. I get a text from the delivery driver AFTER I see him drive off saying he dropped the order and is going back to the shop to to have them redo the order. Plot Twist! I get a text about 1 minute later from the delivery driver saying his supervisor said to deliver the damaged goods anyway and that the customer will have to call for a refund... tf??? How does that make any sense????? So, once yhe delivery driver drops the smoothies off on the porch, I call Tropical Smoothie Cafe to tell them what happened. As soon as I call, someone answers talking about, "Hello?"... I ask if this was Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and the girl responds, "Yes...". I hear giggling and talking in the background and got even more irritated. I proceed to explain the issue and it's like I'm speaking to a 12 yr old child. I took everything back to the store after explaining the situation 3 times and they redid my order without issue 🙃😮‍💨

If I could give it a negative I would my food had a hair in it and no manager was on duty and I had to call and call the manager then he blocked me. That’s is unbelievable. A manager should always be there.

the girls tried their best to give us our money back but they can’t do refunds only the owner can. she told us to call the owner I call him once and send him a message he ends up blocking me. extremely unprofessional.

Poor customer services. Did not feel welcome nor received a Thank You for coming in. Cashier was not friendly nor welcoming AT ALL! Although was standing by the counter, that individual just put may order on the counter and did not acknowledge it was ready nor mentioned, “Here’s your order”!

Most of the staff are mute, always texting while you are trying to order, and never demonstrate customer service skills. Service has decreased while prices have increased. There are too many other smoothie places around to bother with this place

Ordered delivery. Usually excellent. Today received part of the order. I’ve tried calling in and no answer. Voice mail is full. I’ve had issues multiple times with this. Does not seem to be getting resolved.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Save yourself the trouble and never come here. Staff was uninviting and they never notified us that they were out of Banana until after they brought our acai bowls. The granola was just a broken up nature valley bar, not even crushed, just giant chunks. The acai was frozen and broke My spoon. Absolutely worthless place, never come here. Oh, and the food that you get for the price is absurdly tiny. Maybe 5 bites of fruit for $12? They're out of their minds.

On more than one occasion, I was given food well past when it should be served. Today was the last straw. I was given a rotten apple. With mold.

I'm sure someone will reply about how they will do better. Based on historical reviews, we can see that nothing will be done.
