Please never visit this store. The employees are highly unprofessional and mean. Don’t know what is customer service. Making fun of the customers and laughing at them is what they do at the store.The same thing is experienced by Danie Lee a customer in the former comments 2 months ago .We were ordering and asked a simple question abt the sugar content in the smoothie and they started laughing. When we said we will complain abt this the male employee started taking pictures of our car with me and my husband in the car. Looked as if he will hit us. We need to accelerate the matter and take it to senior authorities. Please request to everyone don’t go there . They bully customers.

The service I rate it 1 star because it was slow slow to put an order together. He wanted to give me a bowl that had been previously made but probably returned. I was confused on why he didn’t want to make my bowl as requested. He finally got the memo that I payed for what i ordered so he grunted and proceeded to make my bowl. The man working there was scratching his head and touching his head with the gloves and proceeded to touch the fruit like that multiple times on customer orders . That’s super unsanitary and his attitude was pretty much “I don’t want to be here.” Will not be coming back to this location.

I am a regular been going here for about two months now every day sometimes twice a day the smoothies are getting watered down. They’re not thick. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the smoothies lately I spend way too much money to not get a good smoothie.
This location needs better MANAGEMENT least they will be open on time and NOT miss many clients been here 30 minutes they still not open it’s 732am this sucks

Upon arriving, there was no greeting when I walked through the doors, I had to wait 5 minutes at the register before being asked what I would like to order. They were mopping the floors completely ignoring me, and the women who served me had a very bad attitude. She got my name wrong, was rude, and had an attitude. My smoothie i ordered tasted very chalky, I had always gotten this smoothie and it has never tasted so bland and nasty before. The customer service is very bad, the place always has a disturbing smell.

D’Andre is literally THE BEST, this is our third time coming and our second encounter with him and it has ALWAYS been wonderful!!! The second time we came it was very unpleasant and we didn’t even get what we came for. I know I can always count on D’Andre to make our experience great and honestly he’s why we keep coming back!

I was hoping not to have to make this review. The franchisee/owner (Jesse) made it seem as if he was cooperative with resolving my disgusting situation but he was not.
They got my order wrong, messed around with it and touched it with their bare hands while touching everything else including their body parts. They served me the exact same meal that they had already made incorrectly and messed over while pretending to have made a new one. The reason i know it was the same order is because i watched where it was sitting the entire time and they blocked my view when packaging it and when they gave me the bag, it was the same sandwich that i had given them back as well as the sandwich that i had been watching was no longer sitting there. They refused to give me a refund. The owner gave me a free smoothie card and told me I could use it anywhere despite several locations telling me that I couldn't use it bc it was only for the locations on the card. I asked him about it specifically and he told me I could use them anywhere only to not be able to use them anywhere but his location that I refuse to go back to. He then got an attitude when I called him back to ask for my refund again bc I couldn't use the cards anywhere. I would not visit this location EVER again. On top of all of this, they were not very clean as it relates to the staff. Scratching everywhere, doing/touching other things and then still touching people's food orders without any gloves.

Food was fine. It was just really really unprofessional in there. I wanted to just stop by and eat real quick, not listen to an employee curse and make fun of customers after they left. Making fun of a woman who ordered at the wrong the location and then laughing at another woman the way she came in the store. At least wait until your store doesn’t have any customers inside geez. Seems to be a trend here on the service.. I highly recommend going to another tropical smoothie.
