I love TFK. The waitress was very nice and positive. I just found myself disappointed in the food. Some food options were sold out, and substitutions were offered, which were mostly fine. The fries that were ordered with my burger were hard and not as enjoyable as I hoped and the bun was more than toasted, it was slightly burned. Because we were pressed for time and the restaurant was busy we didn't have the opportunity to give feedback. I'll definitely be back, but...

Wait time with staff is always an issue . It's been twice now that it's taken a while to get food and then the waiter or waitress just disappears for like an hour . I love the food especially with dietary restrictions but wish the service would improve

Service was great. Our server was wonderful. Food was a complete miss in flavor and was very chewy. Esp the air fried fries and pizza. Didn't feel fresh. Don't know if we would like to try it again.
