Let me clear some shit up right now, stop hating on this place. I ordered a 2 meat plate with 2 sides. Oh my god the food was plentiful and delicious. St.Louise ribs were good size and tender, Brisket was A-1 you actually taste the smoke in this meat and the seasoning and the sauce. Let me say you can taste the love. The BBQ was really good. I got a pulled pork sandwich. The customer service was good as well. The sides are not good. I got the coleslaw and it had too much mayo. I swapped it the greens and they tasted like they were directly out of a can. The banana pudding didn’t …really taste like banana pudding. It was kind of a sugary mess.

If you order through door dash please know that the restaurant will refuse to start your order until the dasher arrives. And even then some of the drive through workers will refuse to help and make the dasher go in and wait in line to order your food. You’ve already paid for your order yet you are made to wait last. If they don’t want to do delivery they should remove the option. Terrible customer service.

I have ordered sliced brisket moist 5 or 6 times before, and it was very good. Today, I ordered the sliced brisket moist, and it was dry, stringy, and hard to chew. I asked the young lady three times, please make sure it's moist. Took the sandwich out in the parking lot. What a disappointment after driving 20 miles. Threw it away after paying $10. I'd like to order again, but I dont want to have the same experience. Too far to drive for low quality .

If I could leave no stars i absolutely would. How is it that everytime between 6pm-close they are out of literally the entire menu. HEY GUYS MAYBE IF WE RUN OUT EVERYDAY BETWEEN 6-CL LETS MAKE MORE SO WE CAN GET THROUGH THE DAY . A toddler can figure that logic out. Multiple times I’ve ordered they’ve had nothing. And when they do have it. THE ORDER IS INCORRECT. Crazy how such a terrible place can be connected to HEB. The manager should reevaluate. This place is a joke…

Our family orders a Family Meal (4) from Dickeys at least once a month, but decided to go off course and try the drive-thru BBQ from our beloved HEB while waiting for our grocery pickup to be ready. We ordered the family meal. It is 10 less than Dickey's. The only choice for the brisket was either fatty or lean and the other 1lb was Turkey. Disappointed as we love ordering a lb of chopped and a lb of sliced briskit from Dickeys. No biggie the sliced was moist and flavorful and even the turkey was nice but just SUPER SALTY. My kids had to cut off the edges due to the saltiness. The sides were mixed. The greens were AMAZING!!!! The mac/cheese was kid perfection, but the beans were a runny bean soup. Great seasoning, but if you could strain the beans out of their watery abode, you might get a 1/3 cup of beans w/ a large side order. The bread was TWO pieces of skinny white bread as the bread. We really could have used a loaf to sop up all the runny bean juice. Plenty of pickle and onion slices. Also got a free gallon of tea and TWO tiny lil prepackaged pods of sauce. Maybe 2 ozs. for 2 lbs of meat. argh. By the time we got home, GREASE was pooling in the bottom of the med plastic bag evreything had been stuffed in. And the paper wrapped packages of meat where WET and greasy. 2 sets of plastic wear, 3 clean wipes and 4 small napkins. While the greens were amazing and the beans have potential when drained, I won't go back. I was honestly shocked. Stick with Dickeys across the street.
