Uni Sushi is THE best sushi restaurant in Plano. We’ve been eating here for years, and both the quality and portions of the fish are miles above other restaurants. You can tell they know what they’re doing because their food isn’t dripping in mayo to hide the low quality. The portions are big too. One or two rolls will fill up anyone. Try the chirashi.

Really great sushi and sushimi... the yellowtail was a decent portion and had several delicious options with the pitchfork, special dragon, and spider rolls..
Two of the best rolls I’ve ever had! The Paradise Roll was rich and balanced, and the Popcorn Lobster Roll had the perfect crunch and kick.

Had a great time here! All members of the family left happy and full :) Granny especially enjoyed the sashimi, Dad always loves the towers, and Mom seemed to have found her new favorite, Volcano Roll! But my personal favorite was Snow Mountain!!
Thought I was getting a good deal with the 2 for $15 rolls + miso at lunch, but let’s just say the sushi was not fresh. And as with sushi, once you’ve had a bad experience, it’s not one worth repeating. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Expensive and underwhelming sushi. I visited Uni Sushi recently and wasn’t impressed with the quality or the taste of the food. The crab tasted old and the fish was underwhelming, not to mention the prices are on the higher end of what is expected of a not high end sushi spot. Parking was easily accessible and in abundance in a nearby parking garage. The big positive is the atmosphere, it is quiet and clean.
