Uni Sushi is THE best sushi restaurant in Plano. We’ve been eating here for years, and both the quality and portions of the fish are miles above other restaurants. You can tell they know what they’re doing because their food isn’t dripping in mayo to hide the low quality. The portions are big too. One or two rolls will fill up anyone. Try the chirashi.

Granny especially enjoyed the sashimi, Dad always loves the towers, and Mom seemed to have found her new favorite, Volcano Roll!
But my personal favorite was Snow Mountain!!

People don’t lie while referring to this restaurant as a hidden gem in downtown Plano. It is absolutely delicious! We had an amazing date night, the sushi tasted so fresh and delicious, I loved their house cold sake. Service was excellent as well. Definitely became my favorite sushi restaurant in Plano.
