Joey (not from FRIENDS but named after him ?) was hands down one of the coolest, most helpful (it was our first visit there) servers we've had in a long time. From helping us with the selections to making us laugh and feel welcomed, he gave top notch service throughout our meal. The atmosphere is a 10 outta 10 as well. Google, get this lad more stars! We'll be back, thanks Joey!!! ?

Two of my friends and I had lunch here yesterday and our experience was AWESOME! The food was great and our server Kai was very attentive and personable. She was a joy to talk to and was quick getting our food and drinks.

Went tonight and got the Linguine Ai Gamberi as well as the vodka ravioli special they had. The dishes were both extremely bland and disappointing especially for the price paid. Nonetheless, the service was excellent from all staff! Special thanks to Aaron, our server, he was very attentive and kind, and truly made our night special. I’d be willing to give it one more shot and at least try the pizza, but the pasta is a big no.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta AND crust.

Yesterday, Oct. 12th, four of us stopped in for an early dinner. Here are my observations:
Hostess: Confused and disorganized. No idea what’s happening in the dining room.
Drinks: It took twenty-five minutes for drinks to arrive, and one was incorrect. By the time it was corrected, the drink was warm. Sent it back.
Food: Caprese salad was just okay. I've had much better at many other places. The pizzas were good but not great.
Management: The above drink appeared on our check. We asked to speak to the manager about that and the overall service. We found him to be very defensive and non-apologetic.
We decided that we wouldn’t be back.

I ordered the Godfather and it was absolutely delicious! Not too many places you can get pizza with anchovies!
My server was great and I enjoyed the view of the street from thr second floor. Will definitely be back to try more pizzas!

Food was absolutely amazing! My server Joseph made the experience even better. He was very attentive and gave great suggestions. I would recommend this place! 5 out of 5!!!!
Ask for anyone but JOSEPH. Super slow/piss poor service had to get up multiple times to get my tap and only catered to specific customers. My nephew left his phone when I came back the server downstairs told me how Joseph complained about not getting a tip and he should’ve kept the phone. JOSEPH should have better service and make sure that his tables are taken care of and shouldn’t think about stealing a 9 year olds phone I usually never have an issue here and have always tipped well so I figured to bring my 9 year old nephew after a day of shopping. Today was the WORST experience I’ve had here. I’m not sure if it’s new management but a female manager came out and COMPLETELY overlooked our table. I’m not sure it’s the color of my skin or if she just catered to her regulars but she was not the vibe. I would NOT bring a child to the rooftop it was too loud and I’m not sure if they have an alcohol cut off but one guy was clearly drunk and belligerent and no one said anything and he kept ordering drinks. I will never eat hear again I will only order out this experience ruined it for me.

I've already rated this place in the past. Still 5 stars. Highly recommend their Quattro Formaggi with added pepperoni and jalapeños. My wife is a tiramisu connoisseur, and theirs was surprisingly among the best you can get at a local restaurant.

I’ve gotten takeout pizza twice and both times it has been soggy. Flavor was decent but the texture not so much. The second time it was leaking through the bottom of the box from the moment I picked it up. I know there are lots of good reviews….so maybe it’s better in the restaurant?? But i definitely will not order takeout again.
