12-02-25 5:30pm The pizza at Urban Crust was really good—definitely worth trying. However, the customer service could use some improvement. When I arrived, the host was juggling phone calls, taking orders, and greeting walk-ins all at once, while a waiter stood nearby without offering any help. I understand it may not have been part of his assigned duties, but being a team player can make a big difference, even if it’s just greeting guests with a simple “hello, we’ll be right with you.”
Despite that, I would still go back because the food was great. I just hope the service is better next time.

Went upstairs to the 32 degree bar. It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect weather. Bartender was nice and assertive. Only sat to have a few drinks and munch on the free chips n salsa + bean dip I was provided (my dinner date didn't show) BUT I will be back 😊

My Go to, love the food and atmosphere, weekends always has a little show outside and if you want to change the scenery, go to the rooftop and have a drink.
Our favorite girls night spot! Everything tastes amazing!!! But make note: the pappardelle in the Pappardelle Alla Bolognese is NOT the usual shape. The noodle isn’t wide and flat, but instead spirals like a jellyfish tendril?

Was greeted with a rude attitude to start, slow service, absolutely rude male server. Argued with us when we complained about an item. Claimed his boss said he was too busy to speak with us and refused to replace item. To sum it all up horrible experience don’t recommend. Don’t waste your money here

They messed up our order, and we had to drive back after we were already home. Even when we asked for compensation, they said all they could do was remake it. They apologized, but the lack of accountability was disappointing, and the remake didn’t even have the same amount of ingredients. This is the second time they’ve messed up our to-go order; the first time we didn’t even complain. We used to bring friends and family here because the dine-in service and food were always great, but their to-go service is not. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

Despite arriving with time to spare and intending to order additional items, the hostess refused to seat me because I had ordered my pizza to go. The restaurant was not busy, with only a few patrons inside, so I didn't understand the issue. As someone who prioritizes customer service, this experience deterred me from returning or recommending the restaurant.
