Shocked I haven’t reviewed this yet. Been going for almost a decade and I have never had a bad experience. Nights on the upstairs bar area. Meals with family. Wine dinners. Beer dinners. Chef is creative and they don’t put out a bad meal. Large variety of monthly specials. Strong drink selection. I cannot even count the number of times I’ve been. Even met my husband for the first time there. Got engaged after a meal there. And ended up getting married across the street. After all these years, I think the Urban Amore remains my favorite. Also if you love an aperol spritz, they have one of the best ones I’ve had. Oh and their brunch pizza is also phenomenal!!!

Walked in at 5:30 pm a Saturday and it was perfect timing. The main floor was full, we were seated right away on the second floor. We were given complimentary bread and dip and ordered calamari for our appetizers and the Shea eastside pizza. Everything was delicious. The servers were on top of their game. We enjoyed our first time. Will definitely be back.

Food is great, sometimes hit or miss on service. Although, most of my experiences there have been pleasant. Drink menu leaves a little to be desired tho.

Overall good food and atmosphere except for one terrible female server in the 3rd floor who ruined our visit.

Went to lunch with the wife. Service started out pretty good. You just prompt to the table to take our drink order. After we placed our food order however our appetizer took quite a while. I ordered a piece of this share. They came after the appetizer were not too long. After that my drink was left empty for a few minutes. The food was it was pretty good. The service was okay but could have been better.

Nice. The bread and dipping sauces were enough to come back! The pizzas looked and smelled great. I had their salad with chicken. All gone! Well made. The 4 stars comes from my wife not getting her order. The waitress got confused, I guess.

Ok…
Hands down best pizza experience in my life!
Starting with the location, downtown brick and cobblestone surround, three story building.
You enter and there is a bustling elegant but old vibe, smells are enticing and make your mouth water, they have a bar on bottom floor, with good seating, then you walk up to second floor where they have elegant tables and a separate room for groups, then the third floor with a rooftop view of downtown, surrounded with the cutest flower bed.
The pizza is amazing, delicious, perfect undercarriage, amazing mozzarella, and great combination of ingredients.
Excellent relaxing vibe, really good waiting staff, I’d recommend a thousand times.

I really loved this place. It hit all the marks of what makes a great restaurant.
1) Their pizza is absolutely out of this world, this is going to be the best crust of a pizza I have ever had in my many years on this earth.
2) For as busy as the restaurant was, the weight staff was on point and was extremely friendly throughout our dinner.
3) A very cool atmosphere in downtown Plano. It is two levels and there is a third level that has a rooftop bar, which I have not gone to yet, but plan to.
This will definitely be a place I’ll be going to frequently in the future.
