I have always loved Urban Rio, the food has always been great but the last 2 times we have been there the service has been awful- have to wait forever for our drinks, & for someone to take our order, food came out luke warm & lots of other things. I’m so disappointed because I love this place but I’m not sure if I want to go back.

Urban Rio exceeded our expectations! Great staff, quick service, good food, and great happy hour deals! The music played on the rooftop was great and loved the live music artist as well! We’ll definitely be back

Urban rio was suggested to me by a friend and finally went. Went up to the bar and was served by Justin. Even though it was busy he managed to help everyone in a reasonable time with food and drinks. I got the crab enchiladas which was amazing. Overall great experience!
