Urban Taste came to our office catering lunch for an event. The food was awesome. The flavors on the jerk chicken were great. I am definitely requesting them to come back again.

Thank you so much for making our 40th anniversary and incredible hit! People raved about your brisket your chicken, your baked beans heck they raved about everything! And we felt your service was off the charts! You were here when you were supposed to be you were super polite to our guest and cleaned up so well afterwards. We would highly recommend you and hope we get a chance to use you again!

Urban Taste saved my wedding day! I was an out of town anxious bride and like most, I gave my then fiancé the task of handling catering. When he came back with some absurd options, I called Urban Taste and Miss Tiffany Carr had this handled! She worked out the menu with me, went through several options, and a lot of headcount changes. She took it all in her pride stride LIKE A BOSS! I had a very simple wedding due to budget constraints but there was no compromise on the food: pear salad with a vinaigrette that I saw people lick clean off the plates, a beef tenderloin with risotto and veggies that was perfectly plated. We received so many compliments and, aside from marrying my love, we really did this so everyone could have a good time together. Urban Taste were crucial in creating these memories and I am grateful for them and confidently recommending them.

My husband & I booked Urban Taste for our wedding. Tiffany and her team were amazing from their flexibility to the conception of our custom menu (their version was 100x better than what we made at home). All of our guests loved the food and they were a major part in making our wedding a memorable one! Definitely a great catering company that I would book for any occasion!

Woke up this morning to a phone call from our wedding’s DJ stating this catering company sent a very unprofessional and sabotaging email about doing business with me and my family, 30 days before my wedding!We decided after two tastings of different meals that their price was outside our budget and not worth it. After being late to the second tasting (still showed & communicated being late prior to appointment) I assume that’s when the company thought it would be okay to contact our other vendors to quit on us 30 days prior to my wedding this year. The integrity of this company is in question.The DJ blocked them and was disgusted with the lack of professionalism from this Black own business. It’s sad. Their email was irrelevant to our music vendor and in poor taste!This is NOT a set back (Amen) because evil never wins! However, I NEED this to be known! PLEASE BE AWARE!(Providing your reasons doesn’t excuse the unprofessional email sent, we wish you and your company well… moving forward.)

Work with them constantly they are attentive and the food is amazing everything from shrimp and grits to steak dinner. Love Kim and Tiffany!

It’s too bad we never got a chance to try them out. Communication and administration are lacking. August 31 I give them all the details of my event for October 9th. Within two days I’ve solidified my menu. I asked for a tasting but they won’t give you a tasting unless it is 14 days out of the event. So I patiently wait and email them 14 days in advance of my event. Then they say they are all booked that week and now I have to solidify my menu and put down a deposit! Talk about a bait and switch or very bad administration.Either way not good for businesses who likes to plan in advance.Edited: I wanted to book the tasting and they said it was all full. NOT the event date. My dates and comments are all facts.
