The variety and creativity of the tacos is bonkers! Definitely unlike any other taco place you can think of.

I was so happy when this VT with drive thru opened in Plano... But the quality is so inconsistent at this location that I just don't order it anymore. The paneer is normally overfried, and they commonly leave off important sides (tomato mix, apple coleslaw). I used to hit up the Greenville location twice a week when I lived over there... so this is a little disappointing!! :(

1.15.26 it’s been a while since I visited but today I placed a pick up order which was over $70 yet I wasn’t given any sauce for these tacos. The chicken is still rubbery.
This location is no where near half as good as the others. My fav is the location near forest & preston. It's odd how the food at this location taste more like a knock off of the other location. The cheese is not only old but it's burnt also. I've ordered from them a couple of times and each time I receive something old... or ill prepared. Sometimes the chicken is a little rubbery on my tacos... just not a good experience at this location ever.

Went in for lunch and ordered a 2 Buffalo taco combo. The client infront of me had zero awareness for guests standing behind him waiting. Cameron C assisting the guest continued on with asking and answering app questions. This is something that could have been followed up on after taking orders from those of us waiting.
My turn came up and no greeting no thanking for my business. Prior to completing my order Cameron C walked off and helped the patient ladies behind me.
While in the lobby I heard each subsequent guests greeted and thanked.
Guess my money and business aren't appreciated or needed.

Bad experience all the way around! I wouldn't waste your time here, food was lacking, service is rude, and the tables were dirty. You'd probably have a better meal at the chili's across the street.

Being a vegetarian, i had paneer taco here but it tastes like non-veg, may be its fried in same oil as of chicken or fish, i hate it. If this is the case, they shohld have seperate fryers for vegetarian.. i left the food behind, cava /Chipotle are better!

Don’t recommend coming here.
While the food is good here, the service completely ruins it. I’ve been to this velvet taco a couple of times already and every time I go, the employees treat you terribly—As if you’re an inconvenience for being there. I come around 4 o’clock usually, not even close to closing times. I’ve gone in person multiple times, and they always seem as if they don’t want to take your order, give you refills of chips—Anything really.
I’d rather drive 10 more minutes to go to the 75 Campbell location—Good food and good service.
