Vivi Bubble Tea

Great boba spot! I love that I can personalize my drink just the way I like it. The staff is fantastic—kind, attentive, and always welcoming.

Extremely Disappointed - Won’t Be Returning

I wanted to love this place, but my recent visit left me deeply uncomfortable and disappointed. My friend and I were enjoying our drinks and snacks when an extremely unsettling situation unfolded.
A man entered with a large dog and initially tried to tie the leash to a nearby table. Moments later, without any acknowledgment or warning to us, he moved the dog directly next to me and tied it to the leg of the bench I was sitting on. As someone with a traumatic history with dogs from childhood, this was incredibly distressing.
What made this worse was that the man appeared to either work there or be associated with the establishment, as he went straight behind the counter without explanation. He left the dog unattended right next to us, and the dog proceeded to sneeze on our food and drinks. At that point, we were done.
I understand that some establishments are pet-friendly, but there should be basic courtesy and communication with other customers, especially when placing a large dog directly next to seated patrons. At minimum, staff or owners should ask if customers are comfortable with this arrangement and ensure animals are kept at an appropriate distance from food and beverages.
This experience ruined what should have been a pleasant outing. We will not be returning to ViVi Bubble Tea, and I cannot recommend it to others, especially those who may be uncomfortable around animals or have concerns about hygiene.

We passed by this Bubble Tea shop for many years. After we heard about the new ownership and the enhanced offerings, we decided to stopped by.

We were thrilled to try the bento plates. Our selections were freshly prepared and with generous portion. Since we are not a big fan of bubba tea, we were delighted that more freshly prepared Chinese dishes were offered.

Highly recommended to stop by this lovely restaurant.

I was very disappointed when going here and I usual love this place but not today! The lady was so rude I was trying to tell her how I liked one of there dishes that they offered and she looked at me like I was weird and didn’t say anything to me! Then when we asked to update our drink size she said ok but then proceeded to make the wrong size drink when I told her she said oh well that’s how it printed out so. Worst customer service ever will not be going back. Plus our drinks were watered down not like how I’m used to them making it

The wife and I came across this place by pure chance. We wanted to try a new place and found this just driving around. The drinks were great and the food smelled great! I didn't get any this time, but definitely next time!

I've been to this Vivi location a few times and each time the staff are super nice and the establishment is clean. There is a cute vibe with games and plenty of seating for friends or dates. I have gotten a few different drinks and they have all been delicious. The Tiramisu Slush has caffeine in it and it was strong but sweet, the taro creme brulee is really good, the galaxy tea was so refrshing and not too sweet (unfortunately let my daughter have it so I definitely have to go back for one myself)! I would definitely recommend this place.

Vivi Boba Tea is one of my favorite spots in Plano! The drinks are always fresh and tasty, and the shop has such a fun, welcoming vibe.

One of my favorite parts? Their adorable dog, Blossom! She’s so sweet and makes the place feel even more cozy and special. It’s always a treat to stop by! Great drinks, friendly staff, and Blossom’s cuteness makes the experience even better!

The BEST JAPANESE MATCHA I've ever had in my life so far. I added pudding and it was perfect!

I wish I could come here every day! My favorite is the Taro with tapioca pearls, but there are so many delicious drinks, it's hard to choose. The popcorn chicken and other food they have is fresh and so good. The wait isn't long, but there's a variety of things from claw machines to the awesome Pokemon machine (picture attached) that offers stickers, cards, or Pokeballs with little Pokemon inside!
Also, Blossom is a wonderfully friendly employee (just like the other employees)! ;)

My new favorite boba place! I’ve always hated coffee but their coffee jelly drink is amazing

I ordered the mango milk tea with boba, and it’s the best thing ever. Also, I love the design on the cups, it’s adorable. No complaints.

High quality!

Service is pleasant. Food is awesome. Board and card games available for kiddos. And it’s clean. It’s a great spot to stop in a take a break from our next stop. Food and drinks to snack on. Basil popcorn chicken portion size is good for the price, chicken is boneless thigh and seasoned very well. And the kids love the yakult drinks. The yakult drinks have pieces of the fruit in it also.
