They currently only do takeout but food is well packaged and serving size for the lunch option is pretty good! ($11.95 for the Spicy Pork BBQ meal box) The lady was extremely nice too so definitely order something from them! (10 minutes for food.) P.S. Please excuse the bad picture. Food tasted great and looks much better in person.

Seriously delicious! Were currently under stay home order and I was craving Korean bbq so bad. I came across this place and was thrilled to see they do delivery and take out. The bugolgi and kimchi fried rice were both so mouth watering delicious! This was my first try here and I will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly. They called me when my order was ready and had everything ready for me on a table.

Nice and Cozy environment, food taste good. Service is friendly, but could be a bit more efficient.

Heard a lot about this place so had to check it out.Service: meh ... Not very attentive. Took awhile just to order.Food: Decent= Honestly expected more from the soon tofu. It was just kind of plain compared to other places+ The main highlight was definitely that cheesey rice cake stew... Great savory and sweet flavor. It's huuuuuugeLooking forward to trying some other cheese items!

This place is better than I expected. I ordered beef soon tofu. The soup had very good flavor. My husband ordered ramen soon tofu. He enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I were passing by and saw that this place finally opened and thought we'd give it try! We were craving something soupy and what better way to warm us up than some jjigae? This new spot is located right by Tao grocery store. This place has decent seating with a street food style feel with the indoor covering. The prices were decent for the amount of food provided. We ate a late lunch so we shared an Assorted Tofu Stew. With all the small plates included, we were satisfied! The soup came out boiling hot (be careful!). I'm glad they included a lot of the soybean sprouts since they're my fav. The check in offer gives you a free soda which we were hoping we could substitute with the rice drink (since it was the same price) but they were unfortunately out that day. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area if you want some good soon dubu jjigae for a decent price. They do offer some lunch specials so I'll definitely be back to try more! Leaving a star to grow.

Went here for lunch last week on a cold day and this place definitely hit the spot! Their soon tofu jigae is packed with deliciousness and the kalbi that came with the combo was delicious. This place is much better than all the well-known soon tofu franchises like BCD - as the taste of this place is far above the rest! Will definitely be coming back to this place and would recommend to anyone to try this place out!

My friend posted pictures of her food from Volcano Soon on social media and it looked so good I had to go and try it for myself. I got the seafood soup, spicy level. For a person with a relatively high spice tolerance, it was actually kinda spicy. My two friends shared an army stew. On the menu, it said it serves 2, but honestly, it looked like it serves at least 3 people. They had a hard time finishing it, but they did (I'm proud of them). The side dishes were really good, and the two Korean ladies that served us were really nice. 5 stars for good food and great service!

Taste is decent only problem is they don’t out much in their food. Ordered a bulgogi soup dish and it came with 2 pieces of meat. Couple that w the fact it’s overpriced and it’s kind of problematic. No value for the customer just a restaurant trying to profit. Which is fine but it can’t be that bad.

100% worth the 5 stars. If you're looking for some good Korean food that's not ayce go here! Came for the buldak and was pleasantly surprised at how good everything else was. First off, the buldak was just as good as when I had it in Korea. The cheese was so delicious. Definitely an Instagram cheese pull boomerang moment. Also ordered japchae, bulgogi, fish roe tofu soup and ramen beef tofu soup. All great. The banchan was also great. Cool atmosphere. Great service. Don't forget to stop by Meet Fresh afterwards. Makes for a perfect night out.

They are serious about their spicy, so you better be too when you choose your spice level! I would recommend you look at the scale and not the name when ordering. Spicy is second from the top for a reason so if you're just aiming for a regular kind of hotness, aim towards the middle. I have never seen pork dumpling tofu soup, so I had to try it. The dumplings were admittedly amazingly drool worthy, but 3 for $10? Meh. Of course it comes with tofu too, but I'd rather have five dumplings and less tofu! The plain broth was surprisingly flavorful - and a good way to avoid heartburn! I took off points for the really dry rice, overcooked pork bits in the soup, not very fresh side dishes, and only getting three dumplings. The kimchi tasted off and the potatoes were hard in a dried out sort of way. Overall, they weren't bad. I thought the taste of their entrees was above average.

I came in to eat here on a Friday afternoon and the place got surprisingly busy! They have a pretty good lunch menu and are generous with their side dishes which is always nice. We ordered the assorted meat soup as well as beef bulgogi and everything came out fresh and quickly! Service was decent during our meal and I even got a free drink for checking in. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my meal and would come back again in the future!

I'm always down to try new korean places, so I came with a friend. The space looked nice and modern with an open kitchen area. The menu was simple, which I appreciated. I ordered the beef soondubu and added rice cakes. I didn't know that one could add rice cakes into soondubu, and it blew my mind that they offered that option! However, the food was not quite up to par. The soup base was really salty and did not have as deep/developed flavor as soondubu from other places. I ended up having to eat a lot of white rice to make up for the saltiness. I did really like the tofu itself and thought it tasted very fresh. I also loved the rice cakes!

Amazing value when you come here for the lunch special. Wow! $9.99 for soondubu with beef AND ramen AND it comes with banchan! Don't forget to check in to get a free soda! Best of all, it's tasty!
