Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE !! Decided to stop here about 3 am. Been here before. Sat down, and one of the waitresses, oh wait, "servers", ( so sick of this PROPER NEW WAY to talk) she informed me, that I needed to leave, because the staff would be getting off very soon, and they had a lot of cleaning to do . WHAT ????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was some kind of party going on ... about 25 black folk, (did I say that right ? ). In their robes and "head-gear". I walked out... went to my car, and left. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS SITUATION ?????!!!!!!! They had too much cleaning to do ???!!!!! They were short staffed ???!!!!!!!! she said, they didn't have enough staff to clean and cover the next shift.....WHAT ???!!!!!!! Well, I reckon I oughtna git on up outta there. Cause them figgina have a whole lotta cleanin to git done... ABSOLUTELY THE MOST MIND BLOWING EXPERIENCE IN ANY RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO !!!!!! AND I'VE BEEN TO 7 COUNTRIES !!!!!!!! This should NEVER happen to ANY customer, and NEVER at ANY WAFFLE HOUSE !!!!!!!!!!! I'VE BEEN A HUNGRY CUSTOMER FOR 50 YEARS !!!!!!!! BUT GUESS WHAT ????

I am not a big complainer, but I have had some recent experiences that concern me about this company that the public needs to be aware of. Yesterday, I stopped at this location and ordered a sausage biscuit. When I was preparing the food to eat, I noticed that the sausage was well done on one side and uncooked on the other. I thought that was how they did it, so I ate it. Hours later, I started feeling an upset stomach, leading to throwing up. For a while, I thought I was going to go to the hospital, but I started feeling a little better. I have had other similar issues with all Plano locations. I pray for all future patrons

I’ve been to many Waffle House locations over the years and was excited to try this one after moving to Texas, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, and our server barely acknowledged us—just stared blankly when we asked for anything and seemed annoyed when another worker couldn’t stop doing dishes to help her check us out.
The food was just as bad. The hash browns were soggy, the burger patty tasted like a wet towel, and overall, everything lacked flavor. Definitely the worst Waffle House experience I’ve had, and I won’t be coming back.

This place needs some better management and better service. Our server just took our order and brought the food, that’s it. We had to ask another server to bring our drinks, syrup, and jelly. We never received the ticket with the price and the server never checked on us to see if needed anything or even refills. She was done with us after the food was on the table. Then the food didn’t agree with my girlfriend’s stomach so we’re never returning here again. Enjoy that $2 tip lady.

I have been here also and had an excellent experience, however, all of the booths were dirty, but had menus and silverware as if it was clean. I cleaned my own booth. The restaurant was dirty also. We gave very specific instructions for our food order and nothing except the toast, bacon and grits were cooked as requested. I was even asked if I wanted butter for my waffle?

My feelings are so hurt 😪😪 but not as bad as my stomach 🤰🏾.. WH is known for the comfy atmosphere, come in some servers might smile 😃 some might mug 😑 but the food gone be greasy and top tier .. that was not the case .. I will say the services was top tier and they even gave me a comp drink 🥤 after they messed up my order but I wasn’t expecting the after effects!!! My stomach has been hurting since 12:55 pm !! I have drunk ginger ale 🍺 I have drunk water 💦 & I still seem to find my self in the rr 🚽🧻 I’m so hurt I have to make this review .. I’m not gone lie it was clean 🧼 and no tables had food left on them from the previous customer, and the sweet older lady w the long bob was amazing 🤩.. so yes the service was great 👍🏾 but I should’ve known when my eggs 🍳 weren’t runny & crispy @ the same time or my pork chops weren’t charred a little I was in for a bad experience.. I over looked the toast just being heated up wonder bread 🍞 cause I had faith in y’all ,, but I probably won’t be back and I hope that y’all slow down and make the food to the customers liking .. but thank you again sweet older lady for the hici because it was nice and cold and very sweet like koolaid ..

Got out of work and wanted to eat and my boyfriend came to eat as well but then got kicked out because "I was taking up one table" and they said my boyfriend was not allowed in there but been coming for 4 months and no one said anything until 10/12/2024. The 3rd shift supervisor named Paige and a waitress named Steph said all this to us.

A waitress named Steff kicked me and my girlfriend out because we wanted to eat after she got off of work. I just walked in and sat down with my girlfriend, then Steff told us to get out. I've only seen this lady once before this, over 4 or more months ago. I've eaten here every so often when I pick up my girlfriend and it's never been a problem and I've never had a problem with any other waitress.
