I've never particularly liked this Wal-Mart but tonight was the night that finally pushed me over the edge. I walked into this location at 10:51PM. I knew they closed at 11PM. I came in with two things specifically in mind, and I knew right where they were. I guess the clock must have clicked to 10:52PM when I walked in because there was a man at the door and he very loudly and rudely announced "YOU HAVE 8 MINUTES." I just said "Gotcha." There was one thing I knew was only in stock there, and that was my only reason for staying. I went and grabbed it and paid. As I walked out the door I said "Oh look. It's 10:53." Then I promptly left and went to Kroger to grab my dinner. I would have bought it at Wal-mart because as I said, I knew exactly where it was. But that was enough to make me not want to spend any additional money there. I know it's a pandemic, I know a customer walking in close to closing time usually doesn't bode very well for the employees. But some of us have have good time management and can get in and out of a store in under 8 minutes. The attitude was uncalled for. Wal-Mart sucks and this is just a continuing trend for them. It takes more effort to be rude then to not be. This event took place on 5/24/2021 but I accidentally posted this to a second Yelp! account I didn't know I had. That account is being closed.

This location is probably my favorite place to grocery shop! Rarely have I ever not found what I need. The only items I have found to be hit or miss are in the produce section. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. They recently rearranged the store which at first was confusing but it logically makes sense. Bakery items are brought in from larger Walmart's. There's a small section for office supplies, cards (birthday or other holidays), kitchen items, light bulbs, and pet supplies. These sections include the basics so this location can be your one stop shop unless looking for something super specific. During COVID, we have been going either right when they open or right before they close to avoid crowds. They seem to be well stocked on food, hand soap/sanitizer and paper goods. The only thing they don't have much of is cleaning supplies but other stores don't seem to have those items either.

I went today, like I do every other week. There is no spray to wash the carts and they don't do it either. While in the store 2 teenage girls with no masks came up the aisle the wrong way and were in my face. I asked them to put on masks and please back up. They continued with their obnoxious behavior. I found an older female employee and asked her to do something. When I got ready to check out the same girls were in line with no masks crowding customers. There were 5 employees, including the lady I asked standing around, in sight, doing nothing. I asked another employee if I could talk to a manager and the lady I had spoken to interrupted her and sent her off, leaving me standing there. I got the older ladies attention then and told her I would not be putting my groceries back because I was leaving for my safety. I know one customer won't break Walmart, but this store lost a regular customer permanently.

I'm gonna give 5 stars because I am new to the area and have been looking for a grocery store in the Plano area for months now that does not drive me absolutely bananas. They are either too expensive, too confusing, or lacking in a lot of items or all 3! This was only my first time here, but I'm definitely coming back. It isn't chaotic like a regular big Walmart, you can just get in and get out with Walmart prices Only issue is the check out, if you need to call for assistance at the self checkout it does take a little bit for them to get to you. But both the ladies who helped me today were very kind.

I went to the store today for the first time since March, which is when I broke my wrist and had to have surgery. It's been really hard, so much pain, and I still am in a cast. Every one of the employees helped me, including one stocking vegetables, helped me open a bag to get some green onions. The very first employee I saw was Samine, and she helped me the whole time in there, way above and beyond. She even got someone to help me get the groceries in the car, and he was very nice too. The kindness of the staff really touched me today, and I would like to say thank you to all of them!

As we FIRST walk in a older white male not sure if he was the manager or not. (He didn't have any name tag or any attire that says Walmart on it.) We walk in normally and he says "this is the exit only!!!!" and my boyfriend says "ok" and then he yells "YOU HEAR ME?!??" Like we committed a crime or something?? There were no signs as we walked in saying it was an exit only. Matter of fact there are laminated "Welcome" signs above the automatic doors we went in from. As we walk out we see him and an employee putting up "exit only" signs. This was the worst Walmart I've been too.

I've been shopping at this store for all my needs appending thousands of dollars every year. The remodeled store is nice BUT they have reduced real cashiers. At any given time ONE is available with a long line. I don't mind self check out with a few items but with a cart full and suffering from arthritis, it's difficult and WORK. They should give a discount for self check out because the customer has to do the work normally done by an employee. I will move my business across the street to Kroger if Walmart continues to show no care or appreciation for it's customers. Kroger always had great customer service and cashiers at the check out!

Pharmacy closes for an hour midday during lunch making it impossible to get anything on your lunch hour. Irresponsible resource management. Try hiring more than one person to hold down the fort during breaks. Shouldn't have to explain Business 101 to a retail giant.

Terrible customer service. Two ladies were rude to me and my sister. Whoever was working in the front on 5/07 at 9:50 need to be talked to, because that was uncalled for. It was a red head and some other lady. Terrible

I don't have anything negative to say about this location. Aisles are clean. Employees are helpful & friendly. Not much else to say! ,

It is convenient and close, but the staff is not very welcoming and did a "random" security walk call on the aisle I was the only one on at the time. I almost did not make a purchase, but used my hard earned money to purchase the items I went there for in the first place.
