Manager takes my order I wait 15 minutes then an older gentleman walks in takes his order. Keep in mind I was very nice and well mannered while everyone else wasn’t. About 5 minutes go by and the older guy already got his food. He literally ordered more food than I did aswell which was ridiculous to me. They proceed to not even acknowledge me. About 5 minutes go by before I even get my food.

Hey Wendy's i am a mystery shopper and a gm for another fast food restaurant. this was my last straw and i have to go to cooperate because nothing is being done to fix this store 3200 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75075. I walked in and i did not receive a single welcome, Where is the HOSPITALITY? the customer does not feel valued here. Dirty lobby and I was standing in the lobby for 10 minutes I honestly wanted to walk out. Rude manager on phone and using inappropriate language. This is not the first time going here and its consistence with the bad hospitality at location and its always this one I have visited the one on spring creek and they make me feel welcomed and i receive my order fast without a wait time. if you want bad service and a wait time of 10 minutes come here to eat. They were not understaffed at all As well i feel like i can receive my food faster at ihop or a actual dine in. Only nice people were this young girl and another lady that assisted me with my order. I would shut down this restaurant if I was the Owner. Its honestly embarrassing and I guess am not the first person to leave a 1 star review, seriously fix this.

horrendous service, waited for 15 minutes in lobby without any assistance as they only care for the drive thru and are even slow with that. also my nugs were cold. wendy’s fell off after i quit working there

The burger from my combo was COMPLETELY MISSING. And someone hand wrote an order correction on my receipt even though the order on the receipt said exactly what was ordered (cheese and bacon baked potato without cheese sauce). It ended up getting to me without the shredded cheese OR cheddar cheese sauce, because someone had written “no shredded cheese” on it for no reason. And unfortunately the potato was on its last leg freshness wise; it was absolutely dried out and shriveled.
I had also ordered a large fry and I was just relieved SOMETHING from the order was edible, but unfortunately the fries had the taste of old, dirty oil. So literally nothing in my order except for a hard, artificial tasting cookie was edible in my order. Dropped the ball is generous, and I hope whoever was hungry and conveniently forgot to include the burger in the bag enjoyed it.

Black guy working the drive-through with the dreads or braids is very disrespectful doesn’t greet you doesn’t say anything and the entire time I felt like I was giving him Customer Service. I don’t know why these restaurants just hire people who do not understand customer service and they want customers to be happy when there’s somewhere else they can go right around the corner. I just left from this botched Wendy’s five minutes ago it is currently 4 PM Thursday, December 12. I hope that they at least have enough sense to not have any type of tipping prompt Inside of this location because these guys are being associated with this disgruntled employee, which is a bad reflection for the company.

The service has been consistently bad at this location.. rushed, rude, horrible tone, not feeling welcome at all. No total given at the time ordering and lady was so impatient she didn’t care to give a receipt. Still don’t know what my total was, will have to check my bank statement. Yikes. The manager at the window handing out food was delightful.
