Have been through this drive thru several times. The wait staff hurries me while I order. Act like it's a problem to wait on me. They've forgotten my cookie Twice. Chili often comes without a spoon. This time I decided I'm not returning. Cold french fries.
The you g men that took my order were working around 6pm on 12/13/25.
If this was my franchise....I would hire new people. Yikes

The guy at the window last night already had an attitude before I could even order. I tried to be polite, not wanting to start anything but his attitude didnt change so I left before I could finish my order because he was just acting unprofessional and rude and it was just not worth it. He should quit if he doesn't like his job, no need to take it out on the customers.

Other than just trying to order food. Talking to a female like that was crazy. Incredibly disrespectful to us while in the drive-thru so unprofessional and shouldn't be working for any company. He was cussing and yelling out the window as we were leaving trying to provoke a actually physical altercation all to where I would've have made a police call type of level. We were all the way to the street and he continued to yell and cuss as we left. Was absolutely crazy and the company should watch who they hire. Period.

The person taking my order didn't use any of the common polite words did not give me my total nor asked me to pull forward. She just quit talking. The fries were super hot. The meat and the bun was cold on my bacon double meal. I would point out that I got there 20 minutes till close. I have had better experiences at this Wendy's so just don't go there late

I’ve read the reviews, and unfortunately, my experience aligns with the ongoing concerns—this place is consistently disappointing. At this point, it’s beyond poor management; the behavior of some employees suggests that this level of service is actually considered acceptable here.
I believe in giving fair chances and allowing time to improve, but this location has pushed me to the point of no return. Thankfully, there are better alternatives nearby. Wendy’s, for example, still knows how to serve a quality burger with decent customer service.
It’s a shame when a few bad apples are allowed to spoil the entire experience, but I won’t be returning.

First off I wanted a baked potato with everything on it and chili too. All I got was a potato, cheese, and butter. I was told the other items were in the bag. No, they weren't. I went through the drive thru again and finally got the items but the chili. Got a frosty and that was good but had to ask for a spoon and straw.

Only reason im not doing one star is because my order wasnt wrong. Otherwise this was one of the rudest experiences ive had. The guy answering the drive through almost seemed angry i was making him work.

Location needs to be shut down. Waited 45 minutes for an incorrect order to still be incorrect and ice cold. Manager was very unprofessional. Tossed cups over the counter, argumentative, and watched him take someone’s served fries and dump them back in the fryer.

I ordered a meal with nuggets and ive had to wait A WHOLE HOUR to get my food, alongside 5 other people waiting. And when the food gets here, the quality isnt even good! Veggies are missing from the burgers, the fries are cold. I get it, ive worked fast food and its not the best job. But ONE WHOLE HOUR TO COOK A MEAL??? Anyone who reads this, please 1 star review and plummet this location to warn others. Dont waste your money here.

this location has gone downhill. Also, why put an item on your menu if it isn't available yet? Same with the kid's toy...sorry but DC didnt make the animal sounds book. The kid is crushed.

I've been coming to this shopping center & this Wendy's for years. Went through the drive through today & had a terrible experience honestly. Girl taking orders seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else (I get it's a fast food job but atleast try) my food was handed to me in a ripped bag. When I asked for a new bag the manager I assume simply placed the ripped bag in another bag....
Sandwiches were wrapped poorly. Food was thrown in with 0 consideration. All in all just a terrible experience. I love Wendy's but I don't think I'll be back to this location anytime soon. Looking at other reviews, seems like corporate should really step in....
