I went here in the middle of the night taking a break from a long night of Uber driving. I ordered a sandwich and baconator fries, both were supposed to have bacon neither did. Had I been told the store was out of bacon or something I would've changed my order but instead they just allowed my order to be wrong. The person running the drive thru mumbled so badly she was nearly impossible to understand

I arrived at 8:42 Sunday morning and the dots were locked. I called twice but no one answered.So I can't really content on the food but they got my last two orders wrong.

Never had issues with food, but the service and equipment maintenance at this location has been poor for quite some time. It's normal to expect to wait a few minutes for someone to appear at the counter, that one of the register screens will be dead, and at least half the drink options on the machine will be empty on any given visit.

They continue to get my order wrong. I order in the app so they have it written down. There shouldn't be a mistake. I even have to wait when I get there and they still get it wrong! It's such a hassle!

The order taker spoke clearly through the speaker of the drive-thru. But there was usually no smile on the cashier’s face (order taker and the cashier should be the same person).

Wendy's Corporate needs to get rid of the stupid soft drink machines with every kind of drink in it!!! They NEVER work!!! I have been to 3 locations with same result! Let the server fill the drink orders. They have to for drive through customers anyway. Geez!

Food was good, though they seemed under staffed. Facility was dirty and most things were mildly sticky. Coke freestyle machine was out of 75% of options. Couldn't even get the water to run in the men's room. I'm sorry I went inside. This probably would have been a much better drive-thru experience.
