Came to this Wendy’s to enjoy a good meal but instead made my day worse. I came in and the black guy started talking to me in Spanish saying even tho I speak English, ordered a bacon double stack with no cheese. When I got my order my burger had everything on it including cheese. I went and told them about it which they did made me a new one but still didn’t remove cheese. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever came across. And my nuggets and fries were cold.

The absolutely horrible customer service and attitude from the guy in the drive through is the reason no one goes here and the parking is completely empty.

Me and my family continue to be disappointed with this location and I am finally convinced that these are not just one-off occurrences, but proof of a location being driven into the ground by its management. This location did not give me issues when I lived here a few years ago, but now that I have returned and visited the store multiple times upon moving back, it is very clear how poorly this establishment is being cared for in comparison to other locations or even the nearby, competing stores. We have tried to order in multiple ways (DoorDash delivery and pickup, walk-in, drive-through) and have had an issue every single time without fail.
I don’t know which part finally sealed it for me: the disrespect with which they treat their customers (the manager screamed at a couple of young boys who were sitting at a table quietly and waiting for their father during one of my recent visits), the lack of care with which orders are thrown together that cause customers to have to request their missing items multiple times (to be met with additional attitude), their refusal to accept cash for payment, the manager’s fire hazard of a car in the parking lot, the fact that they only ever have about 40% of their menu available, the poor quality of foods which are being served, the 30+ minute waits when there are no other customers, or the disgusting environment they let their customers wade around in.
It’s really crazy for me to see a store have absolutely zero respect for its customers and have the nerve to act as if people buying their food is a major inconvenience. The treatment shows in the amount of business they get now- next to nothing.

This store is never opened on time for breakfast at 6A.M. All the times I have gone they never answer or they say system is down or that they open at 6:30 and don’t ever have any coffee ready. Need responsible people to open on time and have the store running and operating normal hours of operation.

I am only placing a 1 because I could place a zero. My wife and I brought another family and there kids for a lunch while traveling. Place order #1003 with manger Alexandro taking our order on 07/13/2025 10:49 am. We ordered a total of three new takis fuego chicken meals. Asked for spicy chicken on all three. Placed order for two kids meals. A jr deluxe cheeseburger and an additional spicy Asiago club meal. During the order process the manger said we are out of Asiago cheese. We sub for American cheese. The manger then did not explain before placing the order that there over 100 flavor coke machine was out of everything but original coke. We still didn’t complain and just decided we would get drinks after we left. Then we get our order to find both of our kids meals where placed in one bag with only one toy and only one kids fry.
We asked for our additional fry and then realized they also shorted us a whole takis fuego chicken sandwich. We were sitting down and explained to the manger he could come take a look for his self. Then the lady working the sandwich board decided to agure with the manger and started speaking in Spanish not knowing we to can speak Spanish and understood her saying they “we” where just trying to get free food. Mind you I just paid 65.94 for the meal I ordered. I didn’t want anything free I wanted the meal and the products I paid for. They also didn’t have any chili more napkins. At this time the manger decided to offer a refund which I did not ask for I asked for the sandwich I ordered and paid for. They also shorted us the regular fry for the Asiago chicken sandwich combo. Once completed the manger explained after he had said he was going to issue a refund that he “called” his manger and they said they couldn’t do that because the food was already eaten which at the time we didn’t even have our drinks nor have eaten the food. I am calling the health board. And the corporate. And I also will be filling the bbb and every possible complaint online I can. The manger even tried to give a free frosty at that point. I don’t want free stuff I wanted the products I paid for. He made the excuse of being out of everything because the truck hadn’t came and management cut there “budget”.
So mangers have cut there budgets of ordering the products on there menu, the napkins and drinks, and also cleaning products. At this point this restaurant needs to be shut and not open to the public. As it is against health board guidelines. Bet they don’t even have the sanitation system in place for there dishes.

Got my food and realized my soda had no syrup in it. Came back through, and let the guy at the speaker know and he told me to pull up to the second window. When I got to the second window, the 50 year old male manager (at least I hope for his sake) had his employees behind him while he pretty much called me a liar and berated me for wanting a new drink. When I offered for him to taste my old drink, he refused yet he’s calling me a liar over a TWO dollar drink. Absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing to have a manager who speaks to their customers in that manner. Not to mention, they messed up my food order as well. Considering the other reviews, this manager is well known for being rude but I guess that’s the standard for this location.
I just left getting my food. First they forgot my frys and nuggets then I had to drive back around to get what was missing.. now when I make it home after getting my food NO MEAT was on both burgers. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE

They’re never open in the morning at the time it says it’s open, if you want breakfast go next door to McDonald’s or drive somewhere else, don’t waste your time stopping here in the morning.

I ordered a Wendy’s Texas double cheeseburger through grub hub, it should’ve had bread, mustard, onion, tomatoe and lettuce no pickle with double meat with cheese, with med fries. But what I got was bread, no mustard one peice of meat one piece of cheese, a tomato slice, no onion and lettuce. I am so mad I paid $17.66 for this crap of a sandwich, nothing about it was a Texas double it SUCKED

Last night on the 17 of May 2025 I came peacefully and order I have it on video we're I ask the manager for chicken sandwich and to put extra lettuce on my chicken sandwich he deliberately i believe wholehearted in my heart and wisdom that the manager and employees who made my sandwich did not put lettuce on my sandwich on purpose. I have a couple videos but I won't post them I used to work for this location a couple years back I was lastly terminated and provoked I disgustingly dislike the district manager and it really makes me dislike the entire brand but I won't do that I won't let one bad Apple spoiled the whole bunch.

I don't go anywhere else but Wendy's, or IN and Our because it's been proven that Wendy's gets their beef legit and without additives. You don't know what the hell you're getting everywhere else. Don't believe the gimmicks! This is one of the only places, I feel safe enough to feed the beef patties to my dog when they won't eat anything else due to prescriptions. We all know what it's like to give a dog a pill. Especially small dogs. And I don't give my dogs anything that isn't real. And if I won't eat something, I sure won't think about trying to give it to my dogs. Wake up people! If you MUST do fast food, go to Wendy's!
