Every Wendy’s I’ve tried in the last 5 years has sucked. This location in particular fretted me with “one second” and had me waiting over 5 minutes. When they finally came back she said they were doing cash only because their system was having issues. Annoying as hell.

I usually wouldn't even come to this Wendy's but I made an exception because I was in the area and decided instead of fries I'd snack on apple slices. At the window I asked for pepper, the girl gave me napkins. I said no pepper like salt n pepper but no salt just pepper and some ketchup packets because I got a single with ketchup not the other sauce choices and they put so little ketchup on it that made it dry and she didn't give me any ketchup packets. Then after driving away and finishing my dry burger had to take off the top bun then went for my apple slices which have a label on them saying use by Wed and this is Thur night after 10pm! So I came back and have to wait in a long line of cars and said I want to change out my apples. So she took my apples and brought back another, at least I can see she didn't just change the sticker.

There is a ring of credit card thieves working at this location and they are swiping credit card numbers and the manager is probably involved with it because when he was asked who was working the previous night and told that it was for a police report being made, he ran to the back.

Food was poorly cooked and on top of that the driver thru worker was not paying attention and ended up missing some of my items but charged me for it. Do better.

Their nuggets were so greasy they gave my entire household food poisoning, would not recommend eating here

I ordered asap Wendys delivery. My driver was prompt and the order was on time. My daughter was very eager to get her kids meal with the toy. When the food was delivered the kids meal was not in a kids meal bag, they forgot to put a toy in the bag (which costs $3.15) the nuggets were cold and squished by the apple bites. Wasted $7 for nothing. When I opened my bag of food and moved the items a fly flew out. The burger had no toppings that I ordered and appeared to be a day old sitting under a heat lamp. The fries were completely limp and soggy everything was cold. I tried calling multiple times but no one would answer the phone. Fast food has completely gone down hill. I don’t care what the excuse is it happens every time. The kids meal really makes me mad. Forgetting the toy in a kids meal and nasty food? Why would my daughter want to eat cold squished nuggets ? I suggest you bring in new management.

Always out of every drink in the lobby. Takes 10 min for one burger in mobile app and they consistently give you single burgers when you order a double . Learned my lesson you shouldn't have to learn like i did just avoid this location
The food is good, but what makes this place special are the friendly employees. They are very kind. I always leave with a smile.

I ordered 2 sandwiches they gave me one then argued with me about it. I gave them the bag and they argued amongst themselves. I asked for a refund because I’d be afraid of the quality of the food after all of that. He took a very long time to refund the money and all it cash back after charging my card.
