We ordered a spicy chicken burger because we don’t eat beef. Dionne was our “host” and she completely messed up the order, she gave us beef with bacons. We did drive through and didn’t even notice until later when I was about to eat it. So disappointed, they were really showing attitude.

This place needs to be closed down ASAP. I would give a zero if I could. Food isn’t fresh (old meat, fries etc) staff doesn’t knowledge you after standing there watching them talk. Manager is rude and staff is lazy. I will be contacting corporate because these reviews aren’t getting us paying customers anywhere… Please hire staff that can effectively speak and actually care about servicing customers. I bet they don’t go home and cook like that for their families. P.S. “DO BETTER”

I ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combo. I received the wrong drink (that I told her twice) and the Sandwich was dry. The fries were good. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in years and this is what happens?! For $13.00 I expect a GREAT meal. I won't be back.

While she was taking my order the cashier was at her phone I've to repeat my order twice because she was watching tiktok she gave me a cup knowing the drink machine was out of service I asked for a coke and she rolled her eyes at me and she never stopped watching her phone I don't know why allowed the employees be on their phone while they are taking orders that is rude and she was acting like I was interrupting her.

Didn’t respond to our question “if that was everything” due to her never speaking to us and which pisses me off over all they were dead of service so they’re was no reason to be an asshole when it came down to paying.

Tried to bump my combo to a large WITHOUT ASKING, didn't give me a receipt I'm assuming so I couldn't do a survey, and I asked for extra ketchup assuming they only put a couple in the bag but apparently they didn't so I only received three fries. This location is always trying to scam customers

Came here and ordered and requested food to be fresh even if I had to wait still received re-dropped fries and nuggets and the meat on hamburger was old and tough ended trashing the whole entire combo what a waste of money . The only thing worth the meal was the cherry Dr Pepper ! Wish I could give 0 stars !
