I only have one kidney while I wait for a transplant on the donor list. I can’t eat too many red meats and I liked Wendy’s more than McDonald’s or Chick-Fil-A l, for the price. Tried to use a promo for a Dave’s single and explained that I’d take a chicken sandwich because 1.) it costs less to make 2.) it’s less work 3.) I can’t eat red meats like that. Manager wasn’t having any of it. Do I have to show the guy the scar from my surgery or something? I’m not coming back dude. It used to be 2 for $6 on the sandwiches, fast food’s getting full of themselves.

I’ve eaten Here many times, and there is usually never a problem. The staff this time came across as rude and lazy on this occasion.

Came here, June 29 in the evening and The service sucked. I had to go through the drive-through three times for a simple order. Once to Order, a second time because they messed up part of my order, and a third because they didn’t give me a spoon for my frosty. Normally, I quickly check my bags, contents before driving away, and tell them about any discrepancies or missing items, but as soon as they handed me the order, they close the window and went out of sight. gave my horn a little tab and no one came. Had to go back through the drive-through and wait a solid 30 seconds for anyone to give me a response and they seem pissed off that they actually had to do their job and give me what I paid for. Before anyone says that they were busy or I could’ve gone in myself, the dining area was closed off and I was there for a solid 30 minutes after in the nearby parking lot. I didn’t see a single other car come to the drive-through while I was eating, making this Account and leaving a review. If you’re gonna stand around and do nothing when you are not busy, that’s fine by me, but as soon as a customer comes by and you’re in a Customer Service role, do your damn job and don’t give an attitude, especially when you made a mistake.

We have eaten here once before and it was fine both times. On June 24th Tuesday at 2:20 pm, we came in and the cashier greeted me along with a smile, which makes the whole experience at the restaurant better. I ordered a #1 combo and my husband got the Biggie meal. Both were yummy, hit the spot.Ketchup was out, happens alot at many Wendy's, so we got ketchup packets until they could change it. My husband wanted rootbeer or Mr Pibb (don't remember), machine said it was unavailable. Soda needs to be checked in the back regularly which we did when I worked at Wendy's 32 years ago. Bathrooms were clean (good job) . We will enjoy eating here again.

nasty Wendys, the atmosphere just isn’t there, the short African american lady roll her eyes at me while when I greeted her. 😂 I’m sure this Wendys will close eventually if they don’t change their staff asap. Fountain drink machine is broken, dinning area is poorly kept, not clean and the disorganized.

Nikki had the biggest attitude the second I started my drive thru order. Didn’t realize me pulling up to order something was gonna irritate this lady so badly. This is your job… why act like we’re bothering you?

She forgot to add cheese to my chicken sandwich and forgot the dipping sauce for my nuggets. When I asked for her to fix the order, she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes as she took it back from me & said “aight can you just roll up forward.” After a few minutes, she came back and I asked if the honey mustard was in the new bag also, she again, rolled her eyes and didn’t want to walk out of the sidewalk side to meet me at my car window and said “can you just come and get this.” I’ve never wrote a review for a fast food joint before but this woman needs to be retrained on her customer service.

This location needs to be closed asap , the manager in charge couldn’t bother to fix a order for a burger they made wrong I wasn’t even trying to get my whole meal replaced just the burger I originally ordered and how I ordered it … Jose the manager in charge at the moment for some reason felt the need to show attitude and tell me to park and come in and wait on his Gm that is in the restroom… these are the kinds of people that need to be replaced and relieved from positions where they can’t even handle a situation with a bit of confidence like any normal person with authority does. And utterly disrespected me as the customer I’m not coming back to eat at this Wendy’s anytime soon…

We ordered a spicy chicken burger because we don’t eat beef. Dionne was our “host” and she completely messed up the order, she gave us beef with bacons. We did drive through and didn’t even notice until later when I was about to eat it. So disappointed, they were really showing attitude.
