This place has gone downhill, sitting in line for 15-20 mins for "fast food" is ridic. Even when the inside is empty. Thought maybe it was just the morning shift but every single shift is the same. Quality of food has sunk bottom of the barrel as well. Good luck making a complaint to management, they will never reply. Must be a Chicago thing.

I was at the tru drive half hour ago, 8:00 pm and I ordered two hamburgers and a bacon hamburger number 5 was cold, terrible, the meat was cold and I was waiting more time.
They made us wait longer than normal and they gave me a good hamburger and the other very very cold meat, how unpleasant the hamburger was.

My eggs were green/gray. I did not eat anything after that one bite. They had to have seen them as they were cooking. The girl that took my order was doing the drive through AND delivering to the waiting cars in front. Need more hands for the morning shift.

The staff behind the counter repeatedly ignored the fact that my wife and I were standing in line and repeatedly managed to go orders.
The food was fair but the restaurant was a dirty mess. Almost every table was dirty.

They gave my food order to somebody else and then refused to remake it saying I had to contact customer support for a refund. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still have not received a callback or a refund.

Now listen to me closely Whataburger I love ya, and I mean it , I really do, but if I come by this location one mo time and get a unsweetened tea instead of the sugar diabetes causing sweet tea that I been craving since I got off of work after dealing with crazy folks all day. We are done. Other than that everything else was good yall keep working hard and thank you so much.

This location will frequently forget thing in your order. Seems to always have an issue with the dinner time team. Daytime when the franchisee is there is usually the best time to go OR the late crew but it’s always the 5pm-8pm time where they will forget to bring out your curbside order for 20 minutes after you’ve arrived and will have to go in and get it yourself where you see it’s been sitting on the uber shelves. From the food being lukewarm at best or having to walk inside to remind them of what they forgot this location is probably one of my least favorite locations, which is unfortunate because it’s the closest one to me. For morning and late night shift, keep doin what you do but really hope they overhaul the dinner time crew.

I skipped the drive-thru since there was six cars ahead I go inside there's no one at the counter. Order a simple Whataburger Junior meal. Ask two or three employees including a manager, and all you get is looks
