I'm a Doordash driver, and when I went to pick up the order it was dinner rush. There was a gentleman training a younger employee at the register going through a mock order. Then the manager looks up and notices an elderly gentleman walking from his car and immediately sprints around the counter to the door to assist the elderly man. This not only is a great lesson for the trainee on service but a testimate to the manager's expectations and character. That is true respect and above and beyond service. Props on props sir?.

Let me start by saying I love whataburger, ever since moving to Texas. But on 4/29 I ordered their new steakhouse burger and it was good, but 2 hours after eating I have never been sicker. They need the food inspector to come to this location. I literally can not leave the house due to vomiting and the other end. It's probably safe to say they lost a customer for life.

Good stuff but drive thru is ALWAYS slow. I want to go there more often to grab breakfast on the way to work but I usually get Sonic or Taco Cabana instead. Tacking on an extra fifteen minutes isn’t worth it.

The food is great when it's made right the best time to get burgers and the frys is in the morning hours not lunch or dinner time because the staff in morning know what they are going the afternoon people suck they rush the food it comes warm at most if the time you will not get fresh food in the afternoon only the morning here you will get hot fresh food. Think you over night and morning staff

Normally when I go to this location the food is hot, there was only one car ahead of me and I was asked to pullover to the right lane. Once I got my order I didn't bother to check to see if my food was hot. I was disappointed because my expectations were high.
Quick and friendly service. And it's whataburger. Wherever you go, there it is!
