This Whataburger is like no other. They make me feel like they know me when picking up my to go order; always pleasant and kind. I remember one time I asked for a grill chicken sandwich fresh. But I was sitting there and I watched the cook grab my chicken (or someone else’s idk) from the bin; n just when I was going to say something; I seen the manager work her magic; n I seen a requested order being fulfilled; n I know yall may be like “you doing too much” but I disagree. I have my desires to have things the way I want them but I goto places who advertise they cook the foods I like the way I like it. So sometimes I’m okay with my bin chicken but sometimes I want that smothering hot, burn my lips; dripping heat sweat chicken off the grill really bad. It’s satisfying and deliciously fulfilling to me! So at the end of the day I love WHATABURGER GRILL CHICKEN! This store always deliver. N the kindness keep me going back.
P.S.: Thanks to all yall at this store; they need to make you all a training store cause other stores need some help. Be blessed 😉

Wouldn't use my points. They said customer care had them locked. We eat and use our points every day....literally everyday...and now because we use them, AS WE EAT AND EARN THEM TO BE USED...we can't because we use them to much. Make that make sense.

Service industry should teach more about service. Didn’t receive my burger in my pickup order and wasn’t given a receipt.
When i phoned immediately even offered to show my debit purchase when i went back. They insisted they made my order correct & wouldn’t replace it. 🗑️ response of a business. Do better & fries sucked ash even with only 2 other customers in line.

This Whataburger location is great! It really is and sometimes ppl make mistakes which is why it’s a 4 star…..but I would give it 4.5…..but after thinking about it while writing this review I changed it to 5….i can always forgive but I never forget! This place was a LIFE saver during the Dalaska snow storm in 2021…..even thru the storm and the long lines they delivered and recently they forgot to put my patty melt in the bag…..I was kinda upset bc I was hungry at least the kids got their food right.
So when things calmed down I called and the rockstar Mrs Dolores was soooo calm and professional and just a great person explained to me just come back with the receipt and the whole team on notice we will take care of it….any time any day…. Wow lo and behold that was exactly the case….we went she was off but they knew and made me and my tummy whole!!! Well done and thank you from back in 2021 to now we will never forget!!!! They threw a new drink for my inconvenience which was refreshing!
Their #1, the whataburger, their namesake food item is not worth it. If their namesake isn't worth it, why would anything else be? Overpriced bullshit
