Everything was delicious! I didn’t know this place existed. I went a few weeks ago and tried the 3-piece wings with okra. The best okra I’ve had around — hot, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. The wings were good, but nothing to write home about. I would’ve preferred them to be crispier. A week later, I tried the gizzards and ordered more okra. Delicious.

they put sauce on everything. I thought it would just be on the chicken (which would’ve been fine), but nope fries drenched too., it just wasn’t it. I was so disappointed

Been eating here since their prior locations, I personally feel the taste at Chicago chicken coop location was the best, but it’s still delicious. No dine-in so I plan around that and eat at a nearby park. I definitely recommend. A heads up with the location, the door dashers and uber eats drivers have no respect and don’t pay attention when they drive up. Be aware when you get out of your car, opening your door and what not.

I am so disappointed with this new location and the “new way” of ordering. I only come to what’s Cluckin for a pizza puff and fries since it’s the closest thing to Chicago food to me….but It’s not on the menu due to it sometimes not being in stock (totally understandable) so I would call and actually speak to someone to order it. There’s no one to speak too. You walk in and there’s 2 tablets….this is so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m pissed I drove all this way for NOTHING!!!

I never write a review but for me to order my food, get a text stating it’s prepared and wait an additional 30 mins with only a Messages stating “your order is delayed” from an iPad. Oh let’s not forget the gentleman yelling from the back for me to close the locker from a previous order yet I still haven’t gotten my food. I’m now back at work….an hour wasted….$11 wasted…..Battery In My Electric Car Wasted……no lunch .and still no text stating my delay was over and to come get my order. You all Have great food but this experience was crazy!

So thankful they’re back up and running—I’ve been craving some of that delicious chicken! It took me a little while to figure out how to place my order online, and thankfully someone was at the location to help me figure out how get my food from the box. I’m not too fond of the new setup and location —I really miss sitting in the restaurant and chatting with the lovely owners from time to time. But let me tell you, the food hasn’t changed its still so delicious!!!!!!!!
