I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I specifically ordered strawberries and bananas, and the order was confirmed. When I arrived to pick it up, I was given raspberries instead. When I pointed this out, the employee simply shrugged it off, saying she was too busy—essentially dismissing the mistake as if it didn’t matter. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a $20 order. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been craving a delicious crepe for months. I was about to order a waffle from Press before I noticed Whisk Crepes Cafe. A staff member recommended the $12 la formule lunch special. I wanted a sweet crepe and decided to make my own. I ordered nutella, bananas, raspberries, strawberries, caramel, and vanilla ice cream. I received powdered sugar but no whipped cream on my crepe. While reviewing photos of the menu I noticed whipped cream should’ve been added. I understand if I declined it, but it’s included in the price. What could’ve been a 5-star review is now 4. Most add-ons are .75. Due to the total amount, I would’ve liked to receive every item. This is the only mishap, and the sweet crepe was the best I’ve ever had! The food-prep area was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
