Another great experience at the Plano location! We again had the steak for 2, prepared perfectly for us. And once again, we could not finish all the food. Awesome service, and walked in at 6:25pm for a 6:30 reservation and was seated immediately! A+++

I LOVE Whiskey Cake but for the 2nd time in 6 months, my 2nd drink (ordered when my entree arrived) did not arrive until after I finished my dinner! A 15 minute wait for a drink is unacceptable! And once again, I had to ask our waiter if he forgot to order my drink, he then told me the bar was busy. I should have just cancelled the drink at that point. Please address these long wait times for drinks!

The menu had a poor selection 😕 plus the food was really expensive! The waiter was attentive and diligent at his job. $$$$ Pricey place for entrees that seem disinteresting.🙄

i went in to dine in for dinner with my friend and my girlfriend (who’s birthday is today yayyyy happy birthday). we ordered a meat and cheese board for the appetizer and it was okay. not enough meat. the bread was burnt. we then ordered our entrees. my friend TRIED to order fish and chips, they were out. i ordered the salmon with extra mushrooms. my gf ordered the chicken n waffles with no eggs or gravy, fries as a substitution. my friend then ordered two sides of mac n cheese. we all got our food. my gf got cold chicken and a cold waffle. i got the salmon which was slimy and mushy, and all potatoes no mushrooms. also my gf got gravy when she said no to that and didn’t get her fries. we notified the server of this. my friend then ordered the crab bites. we sent back the chicken and waffles and she got us another one *to go* when we were hoping to sit and eat it. very disappointed . went in with high hopes and left sad. also didn’t get offered a dessert even after knowing it was her birthday.

We experienced the best service the night we visited! We were initially seated at a table in a room that we didn’t care for. I asked the manager if we could move to a different table and she and the hostess accommodated our request right away. Even though it was a busy time, they were so polite and kindly got us moved to a cozy booth. The waiter came to our table right away and did a wonderful job taking care of us the entire time. All of our entrees were delicious (Shrimp and grits, steak frites, chicken and waffles and the pork chop) and the margaritas were spot on. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with candle lit tables. Highly recommend.
